hmmn... too bad, the quality doesn't look good enough to make wallpapers... :cry

Cover: I'm actually a little surprised that such an ordinary shot got to be the cover, but there's nothing horribly wrong with it, so I'll live.
16: Wow, amazing. There's no words to describe how I love dresses cut like that with a wide belt. The pattern is a little heavy, but it's okay. The pose can be greatly improved, too. But wearing different earrings is nice.
17: Pretty shoes, but the dress... I'm not sure. Ayumi doesn't look very convincing. It's like the dress is on her, but it doesn't fit very well. Though the hat-dress-shoes ensemble matches really nicely.
18: HAHAHA. BEST ~first things~ anyone? :P :P I must say the dress looks a lot better sideways than front. It makes Ayumi look a bit underdeveloped if I were to be completely honest. She doesn't have humongous curves, but she does have some. And I don't like it when they're so hidden.

So... the outfits were cool, but the poses... I've seen better. A lot better.

What happened to taylayu's scanner, btw, it used to be better. D: Oh well, I can still see the pictures for free which is what matters, right?

ugh, dresses again! why not jeans and tops or smth rock-ish? because it's Sweet?
anyway, these are good, make-up and hair are adorable, dresses are better than sometimes, thank you :)

I'd actualy prefer teh cover to be more 'ordinary' ... then the not so 'ordinary ones' don't have that much text all over it XD

And the last time we saw jeans in Sweet was probably during a post-summer shoot where she wore the "OMG MILITARY WOMEN" outfit during BLUE BIRD or fairyland...

It could be that ViVi was more of the casual magazine..

You mean like, she'll ruin the outfits? o_o I really doubt that's the issue.

No, like... the poses wouldn't work with the lighting.

Apparently the lighting was so that there'd be very soft edges to her skin, so it looks like she blends in with the white..

And it ruins that if she connects her hands to any point on her body, which she doesn't do at all.. other than on the cover, where it's obvious that her hands aren't too.. soft looking.

That's a cute pink dress. I hate the way her lips are always photoshopped to be like...2-3 times the size of normal lips. I don't find it cute anymore. Just incredibly plastic.

A lot of gloss looks like it does that to lips, so I don't think they PS them..

Oh, I'm almost certain they do. I apologize in advance for the way this may sound, but unless you wear gloss yourself, I don't think you can know the effects of it first hand. Even the top quality gloss glopped on in insane amounts doesn't do that. I doubt Ayu gets lip injections so the only other answer is Photoshop. She definitely doesn't look like that on TV, or even in non-magazine photo shoots. For example, her lips are pretty noticeable and full on the GUILTY CD+DVD cover, but not the point of ridiculousness exemplified here. My guess is someone got a little happy with the Dodge tool in PS.

I heard once on ANTM, the secret for those big lips is to.. mmh.. push air trough your lips that's why her lips look like that.

plus you have to take under consideration: The angle, lightning and The lip gloss (as it has been pointed out). Also ayu's lips are quite big already I mean.. not crazy big but nice size so that's my opinion.:D

Her shoes are love. Seriously, if I can stand wearing high heels around on daily basis I would totally wear those shoes.

I love the first checkered dress. Not too fond of the second one, but the third dress is pretty, although it would look more flattering had Ayumi was more curvaceous.

And someone looked like they got a little photoshop happy with her lips. Lip gloss can plump your lips, but there's no way it can make them that plump.

To be honest, I don't think they're that plump looking. The gloss adds a sheen, and she's also puckering them slightly, so it looks kinda like they're HUGE..

2nd: LOVE THE DRESS! AND everything
3rd: don't like very much but still ok
4th: doesn't she look like koda kumi? i don't like this very much, the dress is so so but her face is unnnn

--> it's the same dress, what a change! far better in the cover!

overall: really nice shot, love her eye make up, at least eye shadow!!!
