That's the same article as the one from Ayu-Jewel-Box.
It's actually the 'Beijing young Beauty Contest' so I take it its held in Beijing. There are about 5300 candidates from Beijing and over 20,000 candidates for the whole of China. With about a quarter of the candidates from Beijing already, it looks like its going to be held in Beijing.

There's no mention of the date so I don't know.

Oh this is gonna be a fun one to see.
