They already have the "forgiveness" single up for pre-order. Neowing's english counterpart CDJapan, has yet to update their site with the new single. I find it very strange they have the single's release date already set, let alone being up for pre-order o.o (especially since "&" isn't out yet)

Ayu is really picking up the pace with releases. This is cool. I just seriously hope Ayu wrote or cowrote this song. If this is another poppy song that someone else wrote for her, I will be dissapointed.

I've been wondering...hmmm.....is everything repeating again ? LOL I mean Ayu is releasing her ampersand single (&) which reminds }{ because it's a symbol, because the cover represents the summer, because it has 3 songs and because the songs will probablly remind }{ somehow: I haven't heard ourselves but the Greatful days reminds July 1st the most out of the 3 }{ songs and i'm sure HANABI II will remind a bit of HANABI. Now the new single is already announced far beyond its release and the main song will be featured in a Drama LOL (anyone remember Voyage, which came right after }{? j/k:laugh :roflmao :laugh) Probably it will be a ballad ahhaha Wonder if Tsuki ni Shizumi part II is on its way :P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P

Is this the return of the Ayu of ages past? Man, do I really hope so! I remember that rumor for Ayu-mi-x 5, but I guess that may not be happening, since they've confirmed this new single and not that... oh well.. if this means that Ayu will be releasing a single every month or so, then I'm all for it :thumbsup

I think her album will come out next year.. Or maybe not.. More new singles, maybe it'll be three singles coming out like &, forgiveness, and some other song which then would make her album come out sometime in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, or March depending on how fast she finishes it. I want more rock songs..

Knowing Avex, there MIGHT be a chance that a new album will be releases this year.. isn't it usually 9months/album for ayu? with & and 'foregiveness' she has enough single tracks for the album already!

i certainly hope they'd hold off till year, otherwise i'll be one unhappy boy.. RAINBOW, A BALLADS, ayumix5 and also the new album? nah.. XD

It is predicted that there will be two new songs on the single...

Great, I'm definetly preordering my copy at YesAsia, but I wish there were a couple newer songs instead of 2. Oh well, i just hope there won't be 4 tracks total on the single (that includes instrumentals)

Don't expect for there be more than 5 tracks in total, the single is only 1000 yen. I miss the good old 10-12 track days, but they're long gone :(

How has this been officially confirmed? CDJapan has given the August 20th release date, but Avex hasn't updated Ayu's official site yet. Has Avex confirmed it on other parts of their site?

The release date for the single was not officially confirmed until just now. We knew there was a new song and a new single, but Avex hadn't confirmed it until now. :thumbsup

Oh, well even if it's composed by DAI I still love the song... It's an excellent ballad from what I have heard of the song...

im looking forward to this release, because ive ordered [&] [RAINBOW] audio DVD and [forgiveness] and the whole order wont be shipped til [forgiveness] gets released...
but by the time it does, summer will almost be over, so theres conflict desu
