i have to say, im very happy with the C-ute album so far...i see the Saki/Mai duo is singing again...i hope it's another really catchy song like Disco Queen...and OMG Chisato and Kanna! That sounds interesting...Kanna gets so few lines, i always forget about her in C-ute. Maybe Erika's solo song is a nod towards an upcoming anime solo campaign! We can only hope...

YAY! Finally some GOOD NEWS this year! Miki! :luv2 I wonder how the music will be this time around. She's the only one of the solo artists whose "evolution" we haven't seen yet (example yuko=folk, Aya=lame acoustic ballads, maki=sexy gay club music, nacchi= regular pop) Can't wait! :tipsy

My top favorites are... Gaki/Kamei: Perfect mixture of cute vocals and mature vocals. Yossie/Miki: Perfect mixture of cool girls! I like this performances, it's so funny! Looks like Miki is so embarrassed to have to act all cute and weird! LOL! And to be honest, they are so much cuter than Shige-pink/Koha-pink! Hito-pink/Miki-pink FTW! Another favorite Gaki/Eri/Reina! |

my ideal duo and trio would be:
Aika and Eri: Haru Beautiful Everyday was my favorite song on SEXY 8 BEAT, even beating out Egao YES! Nude...more of these songs please! Shige-pinku and Koha-pinku they do some of the catchiest and most adorable songs in H!P today..though these are the members that few people like, i love them. Hitomi, Risa, and Eri Kotatsu no Uta ~Jyuken Story~ was one of the best songs of 2007 for H!P...the song is so different. I loved the combination of three most unique voices in Momusu. |
I love Eri and Risa. They can basically make anyone sound good, while holding something toward themselves in the process. I think they would make an ideal duo (besides GAM), and would also make a great combination with any other people.
Ayaka. Pandas. I've repeated myself so many times. I'll say it again. I want a Chinese Cafe again. :) The best idea would be to gather all the dormant groups into one mega-awesome group. :) More good harmonizers with great solo voices would be Yuko, Kei, Kaori, among others. |

I was already addicted to the catchiness of "Dschinghis Khan" before Berryz did the cover. Like... Since I saw the Korean drama "The Vineyard Man". Berryz did justice to the song. They sound great. :yes
Risako looks really pretty in the PV. (she should wear less makeup though...) Her voice still annoys me though. I gotta agree with PSYCHEDELICOdust that Momoko did REALLY well on the solo line. And this is basically the only time I have ever liked her voice. |

Berryz are much better than C-ute. I didn't like Berryz at first, but their 4th album is pure gold. I'm not yet into C-ute that much. Maybe it's because I can't stand everybody's voice except Maimi, Chisato and Erika.

i just listened to the two new singles...(A&R and Buono!'s) and Momo sounds amazing on the new single! I have high hopes for Cafe Buono!...i have to wait 24 hours to download from the torrent...I'm glad my Momo is finally SINGING...before, all she was doing was making some weird noises come out of her nose...hopefully Momo gets bigger leads than Miyabi and Risako in 2008...

Dschinghis Khan is a way to write Genghis Khan *SP?* who i believe was a historical figure...im not sure, cuz its been 4 years since i studied history...i remember in fifth grade during history, hearing the name and thinking 'OMG like the pokemon"...i think its a cover of a German song by a group of the same name...i forgot everything haha

YESS i was right...haha i was afraid someone would come and actually know it and make me seem stupid...ahh well...that brings me to one of my questions...where does the name BUONO! come from? And why do the girls pronounce it "Bono"? I always pronounced it as it's spelled..."Bwono"...
btw, Cafe Buono is awesome! I'm glad we finally get some upbeat rock music from H!P...and its wonderful that the awesome vocals from Momo weren't short lived...she sounds amazing in Nakimushi Shounen and she even beats both other girls in terms of vocals... btw, i have to make a confession....im actually starting to like Risako and Airi! YES its true....i love to listen to C-ute's Bishoujo Shinri, becuase every girl gets about 2 solo lines, and Airi sings the chorus most of the time, and she sounds amazing. And i watched her initial audition and it was great! Risako's audition was bad, but she's starting to impress me...ive been listening to a lot of Berryz bsides *which are much better than the asides, especially Gaki Taishou...it's much better than VERY BEAUTY* and her vocals have caught my attention...she's really good when she has control...sometimes she just loses it and ends up screaming....although the screaming sounded good in SEMI....but she was like 10 back then, so that doesnt count..... i still dont like Miyabi though....im just not convinced...im trying to like her, but her vocals arent flattering at all...she's beautiful though *although Risako has her beat when it comes to looks* and i can only stand looking at her.....i thought the Buono! album would help me to like her, but it doesnt. I expected amazing vocals from the other girls like from Momo....ahh well, maybe it will come with time... Biyuuden's tenth single will be a cover of MoMusu's "nanni mo iwazu ni I LOVE YOU" and will be released on April 23rd. They'll also release a single v clips collection the following week.

Anybody heard about the Eri "scandal"? It's not really a scandal. It's so silly. She apparently HAD a boyfriend. Not anymore though. The guy sold her out. I finished watching Morning Musume's Bonkyu concert and it was sooooo amazing!!! It's my first time watching a full concert! Lots of Eri. :luv2 She got tons of extra lines too! EDIT: i just listened to Dschinghis Khan and i absolutely love it! i think it's their best single yet! The video is amazing...everyone gets to shine even though the usuals are the only ones singing....and that brings me to another thing....Momoko sounds absolutely amazing! and then i have a huge complaint about Saki and Yurina...in the PV, i didnt see them AT ALL! I think i saw Saki ONCE, but where was Yurina? This is the first single from the Berryz that i remember that Yurina was nowhere to be found....she didnt even get solo line! I dont like the line divisions like VERY BEAUTY where JUST the lead singers sing......hopefully Yurina is used on the bside....and am i the only who noticed that Chinami had tons of shots and closeups in the PV? Her movements at 2:17 were awesome haha |
