PLEASE TREAT THIS AS RUMOR...

This is from a post at ayuchina....there is a newspaper article that mentioned ayu's asia tour 2008 overseas locations and dates:

Sept 13th- Oct 18th: Hong kong, south korea, shanghai, taiwan, and singapore. Hong kong concert (venue not confirmed/decided) will be on Oct 4th.

IMO, I think that Ayu's right ear will be just fine. If she's toured so often with it and it's still doing okay, I think this time will be no problem.

There's probably going to be so many different setlists this time around.

Setlists will probably end up being the same as last time.

Regular songs = same
Encore = same but like one or two songs.

I wonder which unlucky GUILTY songs will get encored. XD I'm betting it could just be MY ALL that gets encored. :O

i'm worried about her healthy too, doing a lot of concert is really tiring, and she need to release a single too, promote it on tv, magz-shoot, a pv shoot, a cm shoot...wow..ayu-sama is really hard working...

Well, the solution to getting tickets is to fax the order form over when they start selling :\

Apparently someone from the U.S. did that and they got tickets just fine.

This is true, i saw the same dates on some other chinese newspaper as well. Since this is an ASIA TOUR, chinese newspapers are much more reliable than the other source^^

OMG S'pore on the list ?! I really hope it will be true . I'm crossing fingers & toes that ayumi will finally be able to perform in here for 1 night only . I will pay any buck to see her perform !

I know this isn't official, but I'm surprised she doesn't have any more Taiwan dates! I know last time she was in Taiwan, she said she'd do a week's worth of dates (or at least stay a week and do one or two or more shows during that time period).

I probably won't be able to go during the summer to the Japan dates, and now I can't go for the Asia dates. ;___; (I'll be in college by then.)

I wonder if she'll have slightly different themes for the out-of-Japan dates like she did with her ASIA TOUR 2007. (The Japan dates focused more on "Secret" while the out-of-Japan dates focused more on her older songs.) Well...the encores had different sets, but I wonder if she'll do something like her concert series from 2000.

Perhaps the Taiwan theatre is booked for stuff? :<~

i don't think she will use a different themes, its too much for her to rehearsing different concert theme, she still need to do a CDL and A-nation after that..so i think it will be the same concert like she do in japan

anyway i will work very hard to find the way to get the concert tickets...

Shanghai has the largest population wise out of all those...

I'm surprised that shanghai have 2 dates and hk and taiwan doesn't....especially taiwan. If the locations turn out to be true, I'll be happy...its more 'asia' tour.

can't be....this is ayu, they will squeeze a date out for her. and there are a number of theatres, they can't ALL be booked till that long....

this is the biggest reason why i do not believe that this rumour is real. How can taiwan be missed out?

Very interesting...now if only it were a WORLD Tour so she'd come to the U.S & I wouldn't have to worry about the $1.5 k flight ticket to Japan and back.

Wasn't it the only concert that didn't sell out though? I'd imagine there's a greater demand in HK and Taipei since those venues sold out so quickly.

oh im happy she could be going to singapore and s. korea. i know a lot of residents in sg have been wanting her to go there, so it would be awesome for them if she did! though i live in the USA, its great to see the possibility of her going to all these places :D

the fact that there would be 33 concerts is awesome, 'cos last year there were like 13.. and the biggest tour to date was 30 with AT06... but.... can't they be scheduled like... near the rest of the tour? I dun wan this Ayu-year to be dominated by one tour. I'd like singles, maybe an album? How can she be promoting those things with TV-lives if she keeps doing this tour... or maybe she just wants to have thr bussiest year so far and do everything at the same time..
At any rate; AT07 comes out in March and it ended in June.. So.. that's 9 months apart... that would mean the AT08 will be released in July 2009... that's a LONG LONG wait. We dun even know if the world still excists by then

Well, the bad thing about these overseas Asia dates is that they're extremely close together.

They're HIGHLY unlikely if you consider the previous dates which were two weeks apart [for the most part]~ D:

yea... Ayu seems to like to stay at a certain overseas place for a week or so... if she stays for just a day; the media hype also may be less.

1) Why would she leave out Taiwan?
2) And Singapore doesnt have a venue (unless it's Singapore Indoor Stadium!)
3) The tour starts in April and ends in October. How large-scale the tour is gonna be?

Some of the weird factors. I hate it when all we fans can only do is HOPE HOPE and HOPE something is true.

ASIA TOUR has the exact same setlist for all her dates (including out of japan dates). EXCEPT her ENCORE setlist varies slightly. Like She sang Memorial address in Hong Kong, momentum in Shanghai and JEWEL in Japan. :D

She didn't leave out Taiwan at all. She just did Shanghai twice according to the schedule.

I'm sure a lot of ayumi fans in S'pore have been waiting for the longest time for her to come by here to perform !

I mean The Police were here last Mon , Santana's coming & so's KT Tunstall . I'm sure ayumi will be able to top everything all off if she's really coming to perform & I honestly don't care how much to pay to see her . I might even consider to get front row seats no matter how expensive it cost !

South Korea and Singapore shows are very expected! It's very good to see Ayumi shows expanding territories ^^! Maybe a USA show in nearly future!

it could also mean that, the next time ayu's website gets updated about the 8 japan dates, the overseas date will also be included. so its like a confirmation.

i have another question.

The last concert in Japan is 29 Jun 08 (8 new concert tour dates added). Why would ayu wanna wait for 3 months to tour in Korea. If the idea of ayu performing together with A-Nation holds true, it will also be at around july-august! How can it be till Sep and even Oct?

If u think abt it, it's not exactly 3mths.. ard 2mths plus. Ard July to Aug last yr she released the t2m single rite? It could be possible that during that period she'll be releasing a new single.

As for the concert held in SG, i'm hoping it's true. Perhaps they saw the success of the concert in other countries, that's why they decided to hold it? Argh, i guess we just need that confirmation.. :(

Lets just say that Avex is contemplating to have the concert here in SG, but to do that, they have to get pass SG's concert event organisers' inadequacies and biaseness.
