I know there's a few Kaya fans lurking around here, so I decided to make this thread. |
what a lonely thread.
i havent realky had much chance to look into him (i dont have a comp right now), but ive been trying to keep an eye on him since i stumbled across some schwarz stein stuff on youtube a while back. do you know of a streaming site for some of his newer stuff? like, youtube links or something? |

I sing along to Chocolat so much. According to my Last.fm It's already in my top 10 most played. I hope we get a full length PV too~ I love the dancing in the 'preview' and the two guys with him are very handsome. I'm also thrilled about the re-recording of Glitter, since it's one of m favourite albums. |

XD Kaya's so flamboyantly gay sometimes it's adorable, but apparantely at his meet and greet he's very easy to approach and talks a lot; and looks as pretty as he does in his pictures.
Yeah, I think he's just going to spruce it up some more, although I loved Glitter anyway. Maybe it's 'Cause he's using his higher voice more. I'd rather have a new album than a re-mastered one. Maybe with the re-mastered Glitter we could get the full Chocolat PV? 'Cause when he played it at his live he introduced it as a preview so there just has to be more. I'd be disappointed if it just left like that. Before I stae my opinions and such on Kaya. I want to say that i was one of the leaders in the Kaya thread on Gaia XD so ehh, ive stated my adoration and fandom before. Ive cosplayed as Carmilla Kaya and ill be doing Chocolat Kaya next (Damn hima nd his beautiful costumes) Ive followed him since the days of Schwarz Stein and Midi:nette. Ive kept up with both Hora and Kaya. I happen to like Kaya more. I adore this man. His music just makes me so happy and his lyrics are wonderfully inspirational.
I hope he never changes and continues to make music :3 I also want his babies. XD |

I've followed Kaya since Schwarz Stein too~ I remember the day Mana announced he was working with them. I was like ZOMG *Spaz* I'm sure Kaya will stay in music, just like Mana will. |

Both versions are nice, although I must admit that I don't notice many differences when I listen to the -Fabulous night mix- version. You mean Hydrangea? I think it's wonderful. I love when he tries out all these different sounds. |

Information about the re-release/renewing of Glitter. It'll come with one new song and in two editions, regular and limited. Limited edition comes with a "Little Boy Kaya" jacket and the regular edition comes with a "Little Girl Kaya" jacket and they both come with a poster and photobook with rare photos of Kaya. It's described as a "Compilation of sold-out items from Kaya's indies era including the hit release "Glitter" and various previously released single tracks." You can pre-order it from CDJapan, if you want the bonuses. Other sites like YesAsia wont offer these. Regular Edition Limited Edition I really want to see the covers. I loved the cover for Glitter. It was gorgeous. The tracklist is said to be: 1. Carmilla 2. Walküre 3. Paradise Lost 4. Funerary Dream 5. Psycho Butterfly 6. Masquerade 7. Epicurean 8. Silvery Dark 9. 火車 (Kasha) 10. Rose Jail 11. Well, there is currently no live footage of Schwarz Stein either....unless it's terribly bootlegged, even then I haven't found a bootleg, says it dones't exist on scape. Now that Kaya is on a major label we should expect more from him on lives and things like that.

Kaya wasn't under Midi:nette in his solo career was he? Just when he was in Schwarz Stein. There are only three bands under Midi:Nette, MALICE MIZER, Moi dix Mois and Schwarz stein, and two are disbanded.
I like the idea of the little boy and girl Kaya 'Cause Kaya can pull off great looks for either gender. Has anyone seen this picture before? I heard that it was a new picture but I have no idea. |

It's been announced that there will be a Kaya one man live on the 3rd of August in Nagoya called 「GLITTER-The Glittering Fits-」 And the dress code for this one is, of course, glitter! I love the dress codes. XD I loved the one for his Valentine's day live; roses. |

I noticed Kaya kept sounding like he was trying to extendhis notes out more than in the orginal mixes. It was a little annoying. Carmilla bothered me XD and that's my fave song T_T

It was just annoying...Like he was sick or something so he had to breath in deep to get out his full notes. I don't know how else to explain it other than either he was in a hurry or just wanted to sound like he 'improved' his work more, when it doesn't need to be improved. I do like the extra chorus in Carmilla though, that made me smile...but still I like the single version better.

One of them (as I am told to believe) has a bonus track on it. I wasn't sure which one it was maybe it was little boy Kaya? Not sure! The poster came in a little dinged but it looks GREAT.
