Britneys Album is much better! I think Hard Candy is OK with a few good Songs but Blackout is just WOW !!! Absolutely amazing!

I love Madonna like all the way, but they're are only a few good songs on Hard Candy:

Madonna's album is easily one of her worst. Britney's is easily one of her best. No comparison :D There are only 2 or 3 decent songs on Hard Candy, while I love seriously every song on Blackout (save maybe "Ooh Ooh Baby").

I think Madonna's album isn't one of her best and strong because we'be basically heard all of these beats before, Timbaland uses recycled music, kinda like Kuu's WYS/Girls/Lady Go! now...lol...I'm not a Kuu hater, I just dislike anything similar to WYS.

hmmm I like Britney's album more, even though I'm sure Madonna's might sell more than Britney's. I hope Brit does some super promo's for her next single. for once.

Blackout wasn't an unbelievable album since it had a few crummy songs that brought it down quite a bit, but it's still infinitely better than Hard Candy.

Never heard HC except small snippets and its kinda boring XD. Blackout FTW~

I was a major Britney fan in elementary school, so I've got bias there. Blackout wasn't amazing, but there were a couple catchy songs there. It's not her best work, but for someone whose life is seemingly as wrecked as the tabloids say, it's not bad either.

Plus, as ugly as the cover is for Blackout, it's nowhere near as frightening as Hard Candy.

What freaks me out most is what she's doing with that black bandage/cloth wrapped around her left wrist. It looks like she's about it eat it or lick it. I know this is suppose to give off a "sexy" vibe or whatever, but when I see it, I go, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" and run away. Madonna, please, it's time to act a decade older.

I like both, but Hard Candy has a few really bad tracks whereas Blackout is really consistent so I voted for it :yes

"Blackout" <3 "Hard Candy" is slightly awful.

Britney's album, Blackout, was awesome and I could listen to it over and over, however, Madonna's Hard Candy was just as good, except her songs started to get older quicker than britney. It was probably because of the Timeberland sound, which I'm not fond ofbecause... EVERY ARTIST IS COLLABORATING WITH HIM THESE DAYS :|

I also thought Madonna's album would be alot more, electro-urban-hip-pop than it turned out to be. It was a bit more funky that I had liked.

Britney, even though this album was phenomenally great for you, I'm looking out for your REAL comeback album in the future. I want it to be Blackout 2 + more quality. Hot as Ice is... trash can music Brit! GIMME MORE 'GIMME MORE" and more of your urban-hip-pop songs like TOY SOLIDER & FREAKSHOW!.

Hard Candy - 8.5/10 - 4 Stars
This album didnt have as many album fillers which was great. I only disliked 2 songs in the whole album. Good concept, but I wanted more modern sounds, than those funky true urban sounds, which this album is loaded with + I don't listen to raw urban much.

HARD CANDY is not exactly "true urban" music anyway, lol. It's actually very pop-ish.

i meant by its sounds like the old erm~ what you call it.... I was referring to um~... damn what was I thinking...MENTAL BLOCK~~~~~ it's distinctive influence of like~ 80's music~the synth~old urban sounds you typically hear in that 80-90's era.

Ahhh, I see what you mean. Yeah, funky sorta. Very typical Timbaland, but definitely not true urban music, lol. Still pretty good though :)

I prefer BLACKOUT~~ I like all songs on this Album.... Hard Candy is okay... but not god as the older Albums of Madonna...

I found this sentence about Hard Candy somewhere. "Hard Candy is a rare thing: a lifeless Madonna album." It's so bad, I even went to Tesco the day it was released because I loved 4 Minutes so much. Boo Madonna.

Blackout all the way, and things are looking great for Brit's next album too.

blackout was very consistant. the songs all flowed well together and have lyrics that can make up entire conversations.

madonna had a miss with this album. i heard a few songs and they quality didn't even seem up to par with 'madonna'.

Bleh. Blackout sounded like one very long and bad song to me. And Hard Candy just sucks. :/ I'm going with Blackout. :yes

Both of the covers are horrible in my opinion...But Britneys is somewhat better....Madonnas "squat" scares me...

But anyway...I like Britneys songs on Blackout a lot better....

Blackout was much more cohesive as an album. Hard Candy is a mixed bag of mostly bad and recycled tracks.

For me: it's HARD CANDY. I'm sort of against Britney ever since she became bold.

Heaven on Earth is enough to make Blackout superb.

There's not even point of comparison, i mean, Madonna is the queen of music, and Britney is a BAD imitation. Plus, HC is fresh, urban and shows that Madonna has re-invented herself AGAIN, while Blackout it's boring, expected and repetitive. (Not to offend any Britney fan).

Blackout, cause i don't listen to Madonna. But that doesnt mean i don't like her music. Celebration was awesome. I dislike only her "i wanna be young again" appeal ;D But Britney it's still my 1st pop princess crush ;)
