Shanghai ASIA TOUR 2008 concert date known!
 

Finally. I wonder why the other two haven't been released yet..

But yeah. The concert will be on a Saturday at Shanghai Grand Stage on October 18th at 19:30.

Save the date! This means that the ASIA TOUR will definitely be getting pushed back from the end of June to the midpoint of October.. makes you wonder what she'll do inbetween that time.

Judging from the T-shirt, HK might be before 10/18, and Taiwan will be after. And according to the previous setup, she'll have two weeks before and after each concert? So a ballpark estimate is maybe October 4th in HK and in Taiwan.. November 1st?

... great.. so the DVD will be out in like... summer-2009 or so... I'm glad I saw the real thing, but it actually also makes me want the DVD even more!

They could always do the strange thing and release the concert from Japan before the one in Asia.. [and totally never release the Asian one on DVD..]~

Ooh early Japan-release and later Asia-Release xD would be smart to be able to sell the DVD at the overseas venues

edit: wait.. this also means she'll be touring when she should be rehearsing for CDL08'09 or the tour of next year.. :S I hope this won't mean that next year's tour won't be as big...

It seems that ayu is going to tour until later in this year, with some few months break (where she most likely work on new single/s and album).

I wonder if she might do different set of songs in HK, Shanghai and Taiwan because of all the song voting thingy.

Time for a new single after June then Ayu

let say if they filmed the last day in Japan (which is not fair, coz the last show is in..Taiwan?) then it might be released faster or later depends on the content

Why is she doing so few dates overseas? If it was such a succes last year doesn't she extend her oversea-tour with more dates? I find that VERY weird. It might be the lack of time, but I don't see why she isn't doing momre concerts overseas.

this is so true.. none of us can see why ayu isnt doing more concerts overseas. Nobody knows the reason. Perhaps its due to constraints?

But it's already fix. we have to learn to accept it. :(

i already book it.. but even though you book it they said it's only like a pre-order... so the chance to get the ticket still not confirmed 100 % :)

You can see from the two picture above... if i look from the Asia Tour 2008 in Japan the stage will be the same as the secret one ... so maybe you can guest which color you will seat on ...

the second picture is the Shanghai Grande Stage's seat picture, not necessary the concert's seatplan. I think Ayu will remove some front seat for her stage..

AyumixX --> I think maybe because they haven't got the confirmation of the ticket's selling date and also the number of the tickets they'll get to sell to us.

yes, we can book the ticket.. but the status is pre-book so when they have the ticket. they will call who book the ticket first.. so they using first book first get the ticket system...

oh then that's a relief..!!!!!!

I just saw it today in some chinese sites and i'm really planning to go!

but what does 'booking' mean, just showing your intent to buy? you haven't paid for it yet, right.

last yr in Shanghai, the tickets went on sale only a couple months before the shanghai date if i recall. and when you buy, you buy, no booking.

this yr i'm surprised they allow the public to react to the tickets so early, but this booking thing i think only makes it more complicated for people (few when you consider it) not living within China to line up tickets.

i bet calling the ticket office means you will need mandarin or local shanghainese language ability as well.


question: what decisions are made at the prebooking...

things like seat quality based on ticket price (i think three kinds of prices) like last yr's Shanghai concert?

Where can i purchase tickets?

for the tickets purchase when i check the www.culture.sh.cn is only left for the RMB 1400 and RMB 500 but there is other site www.piao.com.cn or www.ticketone.com.cn or www.piaowutong.com

Isn't it on the website that the hongkong dates are 20 and 21st september, shanghai is 18th October and taiwan is 1st and 2nd november?

It's really delayed... I would have preferred if she did those stops in march or something. This somehow seems so prolonged.

it is already september, it is unlikely to add another date or venue i think. she has to prepare for the end of year album, right?
