she will release a new album this September, featuring the songs "Heartbreak Make Me A Dancer" and "Off And On."

she was going to this year, but she began recording some new material, and decided to just release her fourth original album instead.

Didn't know about the new album, I'll be looking forward to it. She's so underrated, it's not fair. Me & My Imagination is possibly her best song - though she has many great songs, pretty much everything she's released is gold. I should really buy "Shoot from the Hip", it's the only album I don't have. :/

You really like British singers don't you Drew? :P

I agree. she only has ten or so singles, not including her guesting on "Groovejet" and "Circles."

I saw her album for sale here for $3 haha. I should of picked it up. I downloaded it and it wasnt that bad. It was shoot from the hip i think

I think it would be a GREAT release as well. It's the best song of the album for me (well, excluding TDSON hehe)

the new title of Sophie's album was announced today: "Straight To The Heart." after a million setbacks, it's finally due to be released in late summer/early fall.

her new single, "Bittersweet," is due out on May 2nd, and there will be another single released before the album as well.

edit~ also, the video preview of her collaboration single with Junior Caldera has been released. that single is being released in France on April 12th.

Bittersweet is amazing. I can't believe that a new Sophie album is actually about to be released! Feels like it's been postponed so many times.

the "Bittersweet" video was released earlier this week, and the "Can't Fight This Feeling" video was released today.
