No. The lips, eyebrows and face shape plus the forehead are totally different.

She ressembles Ayu a bit, probably because of the nose and eyes, but I don't think it's her. |
Her nose and eyes resemble Ayu, but her lips and forehead are too big, and Ayu's brows are thicker. :)
