Meh...they're okay...I did watch Making The Band 3 when I was bored and I enjoyed Show Stopper and Damaged, but they're not my favorite.

I loved Damaged! I hated Showstopper though and I hated them back them as well. But Damage has a nice danceable beat to it.

I thought I already made their official thread back when their debut album was being released, but anyways I followed them from the start and I knew that Diddy finally had a BAND cause his show was starting to get old, but I can honestly say I love every single one of their songs except for the intro and outro to Welcome To The Dollhouse.

I can honestly say I didn't do a search for it and I hadn't seen one so you might have. Sorry XD

But yeah, I loooooved WTTD. It was so much better than their first album. I can't wait to see the Bad Girl video.

I love them. I've been a fan since way back since the first season of MKTB3, when just Aundrea, Aubrey and that old woman were left and Diddy couldn't make the group. they're definitely the best girl group we've got in the US right now, especially after they decided to ditch the hip-hop stuff for the more poppy stuff on the second album.

also, it makes me lol that they're kicking Day26's asses so badly on the charts: top 10 single vs. top 80? 600k sales vs. 300k? <3

I've been obsessed with WTTD for about two months now. That album is just amazing and there honestly is not one song on it that I dislike. I've been listening to Poetry a lot this past week because it's just so beautiful. Damaged was my song of the month for June pretty much. It's even my text message ringtone (with Bad Girl as my regular ringtone).

I'm so pumped about the Bad Girl video though! According to Wiki, it's going to air on July 11th. I just know it's going to be awesome. I'm not expecting anything as amazing as the Damaged video, but I know they'll totally pull it off. I still dont have a favorite in the group though. I'm pretty much stuck between Dawn and Shannon actually. Dawn is a fantastic singer, and while I know Shannon isn't the best vocally, I love her personality and look.

Dawn posted on her site that they finished shooting for the Bad Girl video and that it's their best one yet. In my opinion that wouldn't take much XD But I'm hoping for something great.

I can't wait for their next tour, they'll have 3 albums to back them up and I'm definately buying a ticket for me and my sis cause she likes 'em too.

Yeah, I need to go too when that happens. Unfortunately the only time they're touring here in MA this year seems to be at this fair that's like two hours away from me. Plus it says their performance will only be an hour long. I don't really think it's worth traveling that far unless I actually got to meet them as well (which at a fair could very well be possible). I'm still deciding if I'm going or not.

Also, did anyone hear that Aubrey is going to be in Hairspray on Broadway until August? I think this is like week-old news or whatever but I still thought it was cool, and no one actually mentioned it yet.

Wow, this video is going to be so hot! The parts it showed looked way better than I was even expecting. I am so excited. I really do hope this song is a hit, but I'm really not sure. They aren't exactly the most liked band out there :\

Personally I think they're better than any girl group that is out here in the US.

Yeah, so do I. I'm just worried about the success of Bad Girl with The Pussycat Dolls' new single being so popular and all. Damaged may have been a hit, but the success it had seems to be less than what When I Grow Up is getting right now. I really do hope America falls in love with Bad Girl. It's totally possible.

IMO I think Ecstasy would have definately been a bigger hit than WIGU and although I love WIGU a lot, I think Ecstasy should have been their 2nd single from WTTD, I would say it could have been just as popular as Damaged.

In all honesty this should be their singles:

1st-Damaged(Perfect Choice by the fans)
2nd-Ecstasy
3rd-Poetry
4th-Strip Tease
5th-Bad Girl

Those are the only songs I think would have complete potential unless Secret Place was made into a full song, cause that would kick Bad Girl out!!!

I'm happy with that list of singles, very happy actually. How has that been confirmed already though? If Bad Girl is not successful, its possible they just won't release another single, isn't it? Either way, I wish them success, and I would love to see Strip Tease and Poetry as singles. Both songs are fantastic, although I feel like Poetry would be much more successful. I can easily picture it on the radio, but Strip Tease's chorus seems like it may be a little too repetitive to be radio-friendly. I adore it though, so I just want it to be a success.

Aubrey put it up on her official form. It was a while back though back after Damaged was released and before Bad Girl was official. But, that's true, if it flops they probably will change plans or something. Let's just say this is the route they plan on going! I looove Striptease! It'll be nice to see a piece the girls actually wrote as a single.

the video was all right, but I was hoping they'd show more of the choreography. Shannon's leg lift from the "caterpillar to a butterfly" part is hot, and it wasn't shown at all. =(

I'm not sure a ballad (talking about poetry as the next single) works for radios these days...it's such a sad song and I don't think it'd be well on the radio. Though it's the only other song that I think could probably be a good single...everything else on their albums always seem filler to me...

Diddy DID kick Aubrey out of the band as of the last MTB episode. I saw the entire episode myself. If it stays this way, I won't be a fan anymore. Aubrey is the reason I love DK.

Well I just finished watching Part 2 of the finale, and it was just depressing. Seeing just the three of them together on that couch, they seemed so lifeless. I loved Aubrey's speech, and her comment to Diddy, but I hate how she never even got to respond to his condescending remarks. He really is a douche. He's obviously the one with problems, and America knows that. He can say they're making him out to be something he's not all he wants, but it's clear he's the ******* here.

I really just don't know what's gonna happen with the group though. I pretty much expect to see the headline "Danity Kane Disbands", because it's hard to think of the band with just those three members. None of them have the charisma or originality for it to really work with just them.

That's kind of a contradiction. You're saying the band has officially disbanded (which is not on MTV, as they're just saying Aubrey and D. Woods are gone, not that the band is officially over), but that their sales will be affected by this. Well if they're disbanded they obviously won't be making any new material, so it can't effect the sales of something that doesn't exist. For the time being, they are still together, but that may not be for long.

I meant disbanded from the fact they are no longer the DK we know. I don't consider it DK unless its all 5. But Diddy will continue to promote "DK" as just Aundrea, Shannon, and Dawn.

I did hear that this is probably going to be a joint venture with Diddy. You know Diddy is about that paper, so kicking people out isn't going to stop that. They will be hosting JET Nightclub on November 14th where they will also be performing for the first time with just the 3 of them. Danity Kane is here to stay and these 3 women are going to prove everyone who doubts them wrong.

So now I'm hearing some new rumors about the group (or what's left of it) that an underground rapper is suing them for their group name.

"Since their "breakup"....if you can call it that, 3 members left and only 2 remain, Danity Kane is now being rumored to be the subject of a lawsuit by underground rapper and mixtape icon D. King (also known as DK). Apparently, the artist has been speaking to his lawyer and is in process of filing an infringement lawsuit against Danity Kane and Bad Boy Records for the use of the name "DK Entertainment" and the likeness of the DK logo. The "DK Entertainment" brand name was created by the group as a corporation in order to pay out to the singers equally and fairly.

This is a tough area when it comes to infringement lawsuits. Not only do you have to prove monetary loss, you also have to prove that the group purposely stole the infringed upon right from you. Both items are going to be tough for D. King to prove. While he is an underground rapper and has some buzz on the mixtape level, D. King and Danity Kane aren't exactly competing in the same genre or realm of music. How many fans do you think D. King lost to Danity Kane because of the logo? We're guessing not many.

On top of that, the hardest thing to prove is that the name was taken purposely and without consideration to the copyrighted item. What that means is that Danity Kane could have easily created the logo and came up with the name WITHOUT ever knowing D. King existed. It is entirely possible. D. King is going to have to prove this in court that Danity Kane some how had known about D. King and maliciously stole his logo and company name. Very tough to prove."

Without elaborating his statement, the 24-year-old singer shared that "a big announcement is coming out in the beginning of year". When pursued further, she stated, "I'm not gonna leak anything right now, It's still really new. I'm just really making sure that it's amazing. It's really stand for what I'm before ..."
