Well, an art festival usually lasts for a month... Ayu could be there to attend the opening and closing ceremonies? And besides, she has a tour in Shanghai there around that time so yeah.

i think it just means that ayu's 10th anniversay tour performance in shanghai is the beginning of the shanghai arts festival
it is not a show or anything its just a bunch days where artists from around the world will hv performances in shanghai
but ayu is kinda like the opener of the festival so i guess its kinda nice to hear that~
