Hey guys check this out! My fren told me abt this jus now! I didn't watch this programme in channel u (Singapore) so I didn't know. But NOW I KNEW! This band was kinda remixing Ayu's TO BE. They sing in Japanese and then in Chinese. (I think they come up with the lyrics for the chinese part). I couldn't identify this song until I hear the vocalist sing the chorus part. lolz!

This band has received quite a few good comments for this performance. I kinda like this band for their visual kei style. :D

I think they should have performed something a little more appropriate though, like talkin' 2 myself, decision or Mirrorcle World. But it was cool to see another artists version of TO BE, maybe it's their favorite song xD; lol

Yup... and of cuz, ayu is the original.. :)

Basically, the judges said that they did well for the japanese part, but not so well, for the chinese part, however, they were rather good overall and were wild enough to bring up the whole atmosphere.. :)

They did a very bad job. Didn't see through the whole thing. Really really dreadful.

I like their style and it's pretty different. I kinda feel like they murdered it because they can't hit the notes though. I'm torn -_-''

They did a pretty nice job, I thought. I like the rock version...maybe that will be Ayu's next 10th Anniversary version? A rock version of TO BE would be awesome! :P

I watched it on telecast on Channel U earlier on, just to hear a better quality of their performance... and... I think they chose the wrong song? I mean TO BE is a very gentle and sweet ballad, and I honestly dislike their rock rendition of it. It could be a soft rock kind of thing, but they changed it to some metallica rock song... kind of ruined the mood if you ask me.

What's the name of this female singer? I love this version she sang! thanks for sharing! (:

She's angela An.... a chinese singer.... But i haven heard of her very much either.. :)

Since they sing ayu song.... Please help them win this contest.... (They like ayu songs very much too (i heard them say from the short intro)...

anw I do think that they are a good band. And they like Ayu songs? That's certainly even better! I hope they win at the end of this competition!!

It's great that they're singing her song, but I find their cover completely off-putting. The guitar was too loud, the vocalist needs vocal lessons, and the song just lacks the spark it did when Ayumi sang it.

Wow...they're extremely hot. I'd like it alot better of the person (can't tell if it's the bassist or guitarist) didn't back-up the vocalist. Is it just me or does the vocalist sound like Miku from AN CAFE?

they had destroyed ayu song.. certainly awfully bad to the core..

well...should at least appreciate that someone sings an ayu song over here...i think it really helps to widen her popularity among the youngster esp since their fanbase are v big among them...at least from wat i know
