I downloaded all the leaks...ohmygosh, I am SO impressed. Girl is back, and she's back big time. If U Seek Amy is such an...intelligent piece of music. I honestly don't know how else to put it.

"MY BABY" leaked!!! Blur has also leaked. So that's the whole album. The only bonus that's yet to leak is Trouble. My Baby is a really pretty song. :D

circus is the best english album to come out this year, seriously.

the album is great. Britney is getting alot better, BLACKOUT was fantastic and this is too. Its alot poppier and less synth which is nice and fresh from her. But I prefer club-electro pop/Urban Pop from Britney.

I cant wait to own it on CD.

I like the CD a lot, but I have to say I liked Blackout better. That album is the definition of epic. I mean, "Radar", "Gimme More", "Break the Ice", "Freakshow", "Toy Soldier", "Hot As Ice", "Perfect Lover" and "Why Should I Be Sad?" are all absolute perfection. :heart

This one's good, but there are a lot of WTF moments ("Mmm, Papi" and "My Baby" especially).

Mmm Papi is quite ehhh. I liked Blackout as an album more, but this has a lot more feeling in it. It's just different.

Anyway, does anyone have large high quality covers of Circus?

This CD is perfection. One of the best of the year, imo.

I feel all bad for putting on a fake cover, so I've decided to use the real one on my iPod. XD It just seems wrong to tag it with an unofficial cover.

EDIT: Wow the Circus version of Radar is a redone!

Am I the only one who likes the real cover? =[ I mean the fanmade ones are great too, but I think it really fits with the theme...

The picture just looks awkward to me. The font is cool and everything, but so much more could have been done with the "circus" theme...I look at that dress and all I see is BJORK and SWAN DRESS.

I still think that so much more could have been done with the circus theme, but I actually think I sort of like the cover now. It's definitely miles above Blackout. But then again, what isn't? :laugh

LOVE this album. Not sure if I like it more than Blackout but it's still amazing. The only track I'm not fond of it Mmm Papi.

I'm listening to the album in full, one by one, and so far I'm up to "Unusual You" and it's all perfect. I'm curious about Mmm Papi though, just by the reactions so far. Even if I end up not liking it, I'll live with it, since so many of these tracks are just so amazing.

What do people think of the re-recorded Radar? I think it sounds messy and the original is better. But I guess it's because the quality is low.

Where are you all getting the full album? I only got the 6 song leak.

Also, am I the only one who does NOT like this new version of "Radar"? Why did they mess with it?

Phonography and Amnesia are amazing! Rock Me In is good too, but the other 2 are soo amazing, should have been regular album tracks!

I rated almost every song 5 stars, only 3 had 4 stars. I am in love with this album so much...it's not even funny.

I still like it, but I'm not sure why they changed it...it sounds too similar to really be a completely "new" version. I think it's less synth-y, but I agree, they should have made a completely new mix or a new song, instead of tweaking this one.

I so agree about Amnesia. I'm on my fourth listen with that song. Definitely album track material.

apparently it was fake, fanmade, and radar was never ripped from the leaked promo disc because its exactly the same as old radar.

I really love the new album. It's layout reminds me alot of "Britney" album...lots of nice slow songs, poppy cheesy songs and sexy dance songs. Loving it right now. ^^

Hey everyone. I'm DLing the album now. So far I've heard the first like 7 tracks and I got one word: ORGASMIC.

yep this album is awesome, i cant' believe the whole album is leaked except for two bonus tracks o.o

i really want to listed to Quicksand.

I've summarized the album like this:

Overall, the vocals are improved and cleaner than Blackout, but the songs themselves are not as good as Blackout. Most of the songs on Circus lack that extra something that would make them really good. Not a proper comeback album.

How is Circus a comeback album though? I think if anything Blackout was since it had been so long since In The Zone. It's only been about a year since her last, so I don't really think Circus could be considered a "comeback album" at all.

Well I think people are referring to Circus as her comeback album because when Blackout was released she was still a huge mess. Also the comeback wasn't exactly what people expected..one example being her embarrassing performance at the MTV VMA awards. So this will pretty much be Britney's third comeback in the past three years.

I'm not going to download the album..waiting to buy my copy D:!

I haven't heard more than the previews because I'm going to wait until I buy it, but I'm pretty sure already that Circus will be my favorite Britney album. None of the others have really stuck with me too much.

Which three are you talking about? One is Circus, another is Blackout...I can't think of a third one :confused

Blackout was not a comeback album because she did not come back with it, lol. Blackout was just an album to hold the fans over and make us happy. Plus, Circus is absolutely wild and kicks Blackout all down the block. This is her comeback album.

- When she broke up with Kfed. That was around late 2006 and I remember how happy everyone was. She made an appearance on David Letterman looking great and I remember thinking back then that the old Britney was back. The clean and pretty looking Britney :) it lasted for like one week but after the split is where her real problems started <_<

She was supposed to comeback with blackout, that obviously did not happen. That VMA performance was marketed as her 'comeback'. So after two failed comebacks third one is a charm :angel
I heard the previews also and the only thing I'm worried about is the new version of Radar. That was one of my favorite songs on blackout and if they ruined it I will be devastated :weep

Isn't it just the same though? I heard that "leaked" version of Radar on Circus was just something fanmade, so I'm pretty sure it's still the same song, although I'd love to be wrong.

Overall, I think that the album is just above average. 7/10. While its still some of her best albums to date, Blackout seems to be my favourite. She needs more tracks like Trouble! Even though it kinda rips Madonna's Get Together haha

imo circus is a 9/10, and i have to say i like it better than blackout and in the zone. only thing holding it back is the poor phootshoot and 1 or 2 songs i could do without.

downloaded the album last night, and i just got the "if u seek amy" hahaha britney is awesome! hahaha i can see all the kids and school saying & writing "if u seek amy"

and yes circus is awesome too!i can soo imagine a circus-themed concert - i get all excited just imagining lol

Quicksand - Great!! Sounds like Old Britney..but yea, it doesnt really fit into the album...

Trouble - Wow! not that track from VMA07 lol..I LIKE THIS SONG...but yea, I can understand why its a Bonus...it may not have the impact the other songs have

Rock Boy - I love the verses..the chorus is ok haha..I think this "rock" song is better than Rock Me In...but ah well..They sound similar in terms of style anyway...Just that Rock Boy has more tune (so i like it more)

Did Britney write the tune/lyrics of that song that I'm unaware of? Why is everyone crediting Brit for the song's meaning?

im addicted to amnesia! although it sounds so cheesy or lame or immature whatever people wanna call it, its one of my fave off this album. seriously why is it a bonus track? anyway its perfect for Japan though, its the kind of song people here will get crazy of.

This album feels like a fusion of In The Zone and BLACKOUT.

The song that I feel is out of place, the most, would be Out From Under. It's a cover song that was used in the BRATZ movie lol. It just doesn't have emotion to it.

Mannequin is strange and fun.

Circus is hot.

Unusual You is a breath of fresh air from Britney. She did something new-ish.

Unusual You, Mannequin and Kill the Lights and Trouble are my favorite tracks, easily. Seriously amazing.

I can't wait for her WORLD TOUR next year. w00t!!
