i was just reading some of hikkis blog posts from the middle to the end of december where she talks about random bruising and weight loss and nervousness. even after going to the doctor all her test results said she was fine....
this exact same thing happened to me just recently! how weird is that? |

Yeah, I saw that too.
I don't know what it is. Maybe the hair, or the weight loss, but I'm just not liking how Utada's look is changing. Nothing to do with Health or anything. Just physical attractiveness. I mean, I've seen her with bad hair and still thought she was pretty and I've seen her smaller and thought she was pretty. Maybe it's just natural growth and aging, but I'm not liking it. I mean, all through HEART STATION she looked good. She's always looked good really, but right after that, every time I see her now, she's just changing rapidly as if on purpose as if she timed the whole thing (I know it's not and she didn't, but pretty convenient yes?). Ha. Yeah, it's bothering me. I don't want to say "Grow your hair out" and "Get Fat" because I don't know if those are the reasons but yeah. Not to mention, the bags under her eyes are just getting so pronounced now. Maybe make-up can fix that though. They never look that pronounced on Television. I definitely don't want her reintroduced to America looking like this. |

I don't think there's anything wrong with her Collar Bone. Look normal to me. I've seen them like that on many people.

I think she looks a bit too skinny in that picture. Based solely on that picture, it does appear that she's lost a lot of weight. The bags under her eyes are intense too. That being said, I do think she looks cute, and I love the hair.

Well... since she was a bit chubby according to Japanese (and/or asian) scale, it's understandable that people around her think that she looks great at this moment. Personally I dun think she looks horrible either.. except her hair.. please change it.

I'm starting to feel that even if the English album sounds amazing-- her image is just falling apart.
Aside from the short hair (and only because I prefer her with long hair) she looked good all the way up until after Prisoner Of Love's release and promotion. But it's really beginning to look like she's ill. I don't like it. :( |

She doesn't look too skinny at all. Namie, Rachel Zoe, Nicole Richie... they are all too skinny, but Hikki is definitely not.

WOW, I would have never thought in a million years they would release books for her 10th anniversary. At least it's something different then releasing a best album (which would have been better). I think the Japanese public will purchase these books making her #1 on like some Oricon equivalent book list (seeing she's the #1 artist of 2008 according to that Japanese poll someone made a thread about). Glad to see that "Take 5" and "Hikari" are the top 2 favourite songs, their both amazing.

Well, Hikki's blog has been apart of her life for the past 3 years (I think that's when she started.) and within those years, she's shared a deep/fun life about herslef with us. I mean, she's told about her parents saying she was an accident, how she was hit by a car twice, how she had such a blast on her UU06 tour, her school days, and let's not forget that Hikki introduced her to her current BF, KUMA-CHAN. All those pictures are a pics represent her life as a muiscian and...whatnot. :bchuck I would like to have them especially the ones she first posted when she created her blog.

How could anyone want a best-of when she's only put out like 9 a-sides since the last one? Even with two or three new tracks that wouldn't make much sense. We're not talking about Ayumi here.

Maybe she'll release in both English and Japanese? I doubt it though, since an English book lacks a strong enough market. Well, translations are bound to pop up anyways.
