is her VOICE ANNOYING?


I was listening to her Love Life album today and her Voice is crazy.



But she still makes good music :luv2 :thud

I also think her voice is really annoying, despite the fact that she has some songs I like. :<

I mean it's not like she can't sing or anything, her voice is just... a little irritating.

I think her voice is brilliant. That's one of the main reasons why she's my favorite artist ever!

i never said she has the best voice ever. i really like her, but i still like to say sthg bad one her :P

maybe i just over-like her, i think her voice in love life is still fine. akurei, you just hasnt hear the album deja vu :laugh you will turn off before the first song end XDD

but trust me, her voice wont be so irritating in live. her voice in live is pretty smooth and not as sharp as in the CD :yes

...I listened to LOVE CONTENT (is that the title...anyway, the last album) and I was like UGH. This is kinda scary. After that I listened to a bunch of her other albums and found myself screaming---STOP, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

But I created a remedy for listening to hitomi. Just keep the volume down. It's not so bad then.

is she the one that made that song called "I am"??

i just know it was someone named hitomi (i can't remember the last name) and i was obsessed with that song is 6th grade (i'm in 10th now)

she's a natural-born rocker, so her voice is MUCH better when she sings rockish songs..

I've always loved her voice. I don't find much of anything annoying about it at all. but then again, I love voices that other people consider "annoying".

Yeah, her voice is super annoying to me but I love her Love Concent era and those type of songs.

Now I'm gonna sound like a hyprocrite...because Ringo's and YUKI's voices really DO annoy me. XD

There's a lot of Japanese singers who have either super annoying voices, or super similar voices...which also makes them annoying lol

Her voice does come off a bit odd at first, but honestly, once you listen to her for awhile you don't even notice that its different AT ALL.

IDK, her voice is a big reason I like her, same with Chara.

Her voice is terrible. I don't know how people can listen to her.

^well, use your ear? idk, but its kinda offensive here. i dont mind ppl saying they dont like certain artist's voice, but when their statement started to go wrong, i feel offended. sorry, but I AM a hitomi fans, and i really like her

As much I'm a big fan of hers, I must admit that I can understand why plenty of people are completely put off by her voice.

I really like "unique" vocal talents, but I just can't stand hitomi's song "BLADE RUNNER". it's bit a bit much even for me, her voice is just too screechy and the chorus is just really grating my nerves with it's composition/arragement even ignoring the vocals.

I just find hitomi's voice to be really expressive though, I think her nasal sound brings emotion into the songs. to me she sounds very unique in a good way :yes

hmm i just recently looked up some videos of her, but i don't think her voice is at that point where you can just say you hate her voice @_@

but everyone have their preferences....though i didn't Shiina Ringo at first due to listening to Mellow...but after watching some live performances, she's not really all that bad

i try not to just automatically shun an artist until after i've heard most of their songs...you never know, you might even turn into a fan when you thought you would dislike that artist~

so anyways, her voice is bearable for me, i'll try to listen to her more

Her voice sounded good in LOVE CONCENT. There are a few times her voice gets a little grating but really isn't all that bad.
Gotta agree on the her voice fitting rockish songs, WISH is love.
