have you heard RULE in your local TV/radio?

since the movie is so popular across most of the country, i bet there's some promotion about the movie. and guess what!? when i was photostating sthg in a shop nearby my house, they were turning the radio on, i heard the DJ promoting free tickets for dragonball movie and i almost fainted when she stated "the theme song will be going to be sing by popular japanese artist: ayumi!, lets hear the song -- RULE" i cant even breathe properly when i listen to it. the sensation is just different from the computer.

anyone has the same experience too?

KarenPang 2nd March 2009 02:22 PM

:yes for me , twice already so far

I saw the Dragonball Evolution CM yesterday & I heard Rule as the background music

& then at night the last part of Rule was played at Yes 933FM which surprised me because it wasn't played during their weekend j/kpop hit segment

waterballoon 2nd March 2009 02:37 PM

I heard Rule in all the CMs played on TV for DBE and while I was watching Marley & Me on Saturday, I heard Rule in the trailer for DBE!!! WOO!

wow i only heard it once when FM933 promote tt movie..but that song playing in the background is darn soft!?! :headache

arggghhhh~~~i wished they'd play more on radio wahaha..morning cruz's session :tipsy

kiseki89 2nd March 2009 02:52 PM

I heard it on Tv, when DE trailer's playing but Rule was extremely soft.
Then once on Radio's promotion for the movie, and their trailer has a much louder bmg than the Tv's. I'm waiting for the full song to be played on radio, but then again given that I will only listen to the radio on Sunday nights... that will be 6 days later

noidea 2nd March 2009 02:56 PM

It would be nice if everybody wrote their country down, because some people don't have their location or their real location in their profile

Germany:
No

waterballoon 2nd March 2009 02:58 PM

@noidea: We're all from Singapore, except prussian_blue; he's in Malaysia, which is like Singapore's neighbor lol.

KarenPang 2nd March 2009 03:10 PM

lol you just take the causeway or Tuas checkpoint to go back & forth towards both countries :laugh

I was hoping to hear KAT-TUN being played last night but I got the ending of Rule only :grumpy T_T

ren0210989 2nd March 2009 03:49 PM

Croatia is always slow on the movies so no prpmotion/talk about it here.... YET!!! :P

Maxker 2nd March 2009 06:23 PM

Norway: YES!

Had on the radio today, on my local radio, 'Radio Power' (largest in the county), the DJ was talking about the upcoming big movies in 2009, and I thought perhaps that Dragon Ball would be mentioned. And YES! Not only was Dragonball Evolution mentioned, but the DJ also played parts of the Rule, a slightly shorter version. Before the song was played the radio-host said that the theme song to the movie was performed by Asias most popular female artist, Ayumi Hamasaki.

Total awesome! :D

emi♡ 2nd March 2009 06:31 PM

USA

and no.

and I doubt I will lol I really only expect it as a credits song.

~ayu-cake~ 2nd March 2009 06:32 PM

England = No.

:(
Shame.

polka-dot-jewel 2nd March 2009 08:38 PM

I live in the USA, and I haven't really seen any CM's on TV. I don't listen to the radio much, but I doubt it's been on there. I keep checking the TV and On Demand to see if "Rule" has shown up yet, but that hasn't either (and I kinda doubt it will lol).

Lanz16 2nd March 2009 09:14 PM

In Philippnes: NO...
My country doesn't care much on Jpop or there's no much promotion of that movie.

DBE will be shown here at April 11th anyways...

elepop 2nd March 2009 09:23 PM

LOL. But so many countries have like not heard of Rule in any CM/Radio whatsoever... oh well. I feel like Ayu got ripped or something.

But it's good to know Singapore is getting a lot of Ayu-stuff... hahaha.

ayu_fantasy 3rd March 2009 05:50 AM

yup, i saw the cm too, on channel 8!! that's super duper cool...

zoomzoom 3rd March 2009 06:00 AM

Not yet, but the release date is like over a month away, I won't expect seeing it frequently until a week or two before the release.

f1rz3n_0028 3rd March 2009 07:42 AM

I am in england right now, and I've only seen the CM once after I knew about the film since...last year? (I think) when my friend told me, but the CM in england used some random song instead! WTF! I hope she gets some attention over this side of the world after this movie!

mellody 3rd March 2009 04:17 PM

And also i bring the song to nearest radio station~

Emperatriz Ayumi 3rd March 2009 04:31 PM

No, I havenīt listened to it yet....

taskinillusion 4th March 2009 05:22 AM

Not yet here in the US, but I hope so soon...

kendelle 4th March 2009 05:41 AM

Australia: Not Yet

The movies usually get promoted about a week from opening and 1-2 weeks into their run here, so I'll keep an eye out (but it's unlikely!)
