I just ordered LOVE LETTER in a compulsive moment (I seriously needed some J-Pop stuff already xD) but now I'm kinda weird about it. So far is the only album that I haven't listened as a whole, with LOVE JAM, and I've heard some people saying that it is worse compared to other albums... I don't know... the cover doesn't stands much for me, but I love "Bye Bye", "360" (pure love) and "Kurage, Nagareboshi". Is the rest that good? I'm really excited about seeing a more mature Ai and all, but I also love her silly songs... if it is as good as LOVE COOK I can be happy ever after :D Did you think I made a good choice buying it?

LOVE LETTER is my 2nd favorite ai album. i'm one of those people who really can't stand most of her upbeat crazy cute songs, and LOVE LETTER didn't have many on there. LOVE COOK is still my favorite because of Neko ni fuusen, Cherish, 5:09a.m., and Planetarium. those are her best songs imo.

That's a little different!! :yes I think they're GORGEOUS and just unbelievably beautiful, but I actually think I might not buy the calendar now. :headache As gorgeous as I think these all are, I really wanted peppy upbeat pictures for my calendar. :( If the pictures are happy, then I get happy; so I always like really happy calendars. :/ This one might just make me sad when I look at it. :weep

I find it extremely beautiful and haunting... I love black and white pictures *-* And Ai knows how to be reaaaaaaally sexy without being ****ty or cheap. That's exactly what sexy is about, imo. You know, I really like that she is not always happy yummy bublegum pop. Her being capable of showing different sides of herself just shows how talented and complete she is, and makes her a very multi-layered artist. Sure, fun, crazy silly Ai is fun and all that, but don't you get tired of it sometimes? I just love that she fits more situations than that. |
