Can you pay with PayPal at HMV, because I would love to have the book, if I like it. I don't have a credit card, so PayPal is the only way of paying for me...!

You might want to look into a Debit Card, Midori-chan. It gives you the ability to buy where credit is accepted, but with debit cards you can only spend what you've put in there...once you reach $0.00 you can't buy more til you replenish the funds (like a prepaid mobile phone!).

Plus, I'm sure someone here will either buy multiple copies to on-sell, or there's eBay too! (Also, CDJapan takes Paypal... ;) )
