you've translated as:

"I beg you, please stay by me"

but this looks like you've translated 'onegai' twice. also, and more importantly, this line is already translated in the PV!! It's on the note, and is translated as:

"Please stay with me"

so I think you should just use this 'official' line too.

I translated the lyrics without watching the PV. I've seen it just now and confirmed that "soba ni ite" is translated into "please stay with me" in it. But where is "Onegai"? I was going to translate "Onegai" into "I beg you".

"Yurusu" has two meanings.
1. Forgive
2. Allow / permit
If you take 1, this line will be "Forgive me, just for now". I thought this sounded odd. So I took the meaning 2, and interpreted like "Please allow me to express my love for you, just for now". I also thought of another translation, "Excuse me, please, just for now". But I was not confident in it. Anyway, I have to say that this line is the most unclear part in this song.
