NEW ALBUM ANTICIPATION: Too Much To Handle!
Come on and announce the album already! It's getting to be unbearable and I know there will have to be some time between the announcement and the actual release. Anyone else been checking the News section more often lately?

Most people suspect that the album will be announced this week, so... it'll be here very soon, haha.

Everyday I go to sleep and it hasn't been announced, I immediately check the forums upon waking up and when I see it has yet to be, that's one more damn day that I have to wait! And one more day. And one more. And so on. Lol.

i was so anxious for news on a new album so early that now i tend to forget about it.
i hope something surfaces soon. she's been recording an awful lot lately, plus she's already released 2 singles (which is the amount usually released before she drops her album) so yeah. if not this week, this month for sure. :yes |
Oh I thought the album name was Too Much To Handle XDDD Because I thought what you meant by ANTICIPATION was like, some news or something. Anyway!

I'm dying here. Seriously DYING. I just want some info.. the panasonic CM is supposed to come out on the 15th and that's in 6 more days, which will feel like 6 weeks. omg. It doesn't help that I don't have a life so I can't distract myself with that so I'm just constantly waiting D:

Yes I think Ayu's fans suffer more than other artists' fans when it comes to this sort of thing (well maybe Hikki fans too). And it's not just an "avex" thing because Kumi always announces her stuff super early.

im also curious about what style she'll go in. there's nothing to give us a hint as well. we had our typical summer single and typical winter single. so any genre/style choice is up in the air, which kinda excites me. xD |
^ I'm pretty sure in Ayu's Diary she's mentioned how it's going to be more about the "old" Ayu. Or maybe that was in a magazine interview translation. But I know it said "if NEXT LEVEL was a line, it wouldn't necessarily be a step back but it wouldn't be over that line" - something like that she said. Like nostalgic Ayu.

I cant wait either, Iv been even searching other site just in case the info goes there first thats how much I want news of this, but will it be a album or a single? 2 new PVs have been shot so that could make 6 PV's for the album or another double A track single. The news cant be too far because her AT10 is close unless is some type of special tour like A Museum but I would think something like that would be around her 50th single unless these 2 new PVs will make it up to 50? But I just want a new album new so I can see how much money I need to save :P

honestly now that her release pattern changed from fall-new years to springtime it feels like the wait is becoming longer LOL like GUILTY definitely felt shorter than NEXT LEVEL now this one too

I'm also anticipating for the new album as well...I really want this album to be better than NL...the album tracks on NL were on the same level in terms of quality...they're decent but nothing really stands out like GUILTY imo. (marionette, mirror, etc)

I'm sure that she'll update before the album announcement. Always before some big thing she blogs about how tomorrow something is about to happen, and it's always something good.

Yeah I hope that she announces it soon~ I don't want the announcement take so long that the anticipation has died by that time. This week or next week are my guesses though :)

I'm dying for the announcement and I want to pre-order it already lol. Well let's hope that avex are really patternal and there will be an announcement on Team ayu on the 12th (assuming the album will be released on 24th March). Last year NEXT LEVEL was announced on 13th February and it was released om 25th March. xD 2 days and a half to go (if at all). |
i guess ayu wanna release an album in conjunction with the new ARENA TOUR 2010? it takes roughly 2 months from an album announcement to the album release.
it's about time. cumon ayu!! give it to us!!!!!!!!!!! tmr is wednesday.. we will see what happen :) |

Well, the CM for a new song is set to supposedly air by next Monday, so if not before then, we'll get SOMETHING by then.

I dont want singles from the last month on the new album! I hate that. They can put Sunrise / Sunset, You were... / BALLAD etc on some best of album but the new album should come with only NEW songs.

why do people thinkl leaving out a single track makes space for an album track
she could do 13 tracks with all singles and 12 with leaving out sunset or so thats not logical at all... |
I'm hoping for either a mini album, or an extended album. not the standard 10-13 tracks. and i want something new. enough with the photobooks. I want a poster, or remixes, or hidden tracks, or maybe a documentary to go along with the album, or a second cd full of alternate songs, or really amazing packaging, or something. the usb thing she did with nl was nice though, but not only could i not afford it, even if i could, they sold faster than hotcakes. even the second batch sold pretty fast.

Repeating what I said. I want something special for her next album. all her albums have been the same, original mix songs, cd, or cd/dvd. That's it. :/ guilty and mu had a photobook but I'm not a fan of them. woo, more pics of ayu i can look at. that's nice. cause i can't do that already with the standard album booklet. I demand a repeat of loveppears. it had alot of songs that were mixes and weren't the same as the singles. So even though you did get the same songs as were on the singles, since half the songs were "new this" and "new version that" and "remix this and that" it was almost like a whole new fresh album. |

If you want crazy album extras, I think you should move onto K-Pop or something, since they need to include tons of different extras to get people to buy their albums. I never thought My Story album was bad at all. I simply loved the songs in that album... One of my favorite songs in that Album is Replace, even now i still love listening to it.. I also thought Ayu did a great job ending her my story concert with that song... It was such a nice way to end the concert... I only wished she had sang it more often...
Many songs such as Carols, Happy Ending, Walking Proud, Winding Road, Humming all great songs to listen to... Although the album is indeed very long... You simple don't notice that if you enjoy the album! xD |
i want rock for this new album. good hard rock. and another good ballad. I know this is not going to happen (:rolleyes) but i wish Sunrise/sunset could disappear from ayu's discography because that single seriously sucked.

Yeah, the USB was great for NEXT LEVEL, but I hope that there won't be more USBs soon, lol.
I could afford just one version and I prefered to have the live album (which was pretty awesome!) over the USB, and the USB was really expensive as well. So yeah, just give 3 versions tops with 2 DVDs or something with a nice first press and I'll be satisfied with that. =P |
Mmm I would want a nice special sleepcase ^^ with a old box kind of feeling.... and a big photobook from London, with pics of us who where there *-* IT would be nice to have a "makign of the album" also show fans in London ^^ well maybe they will put it on a making of a new PV...
