Ayu to appear at a-nation '10
Just got an email from TA--
Ayu WILL be appearing at a-nation this year; she was one of the artists announced in the first round along with TRF, Every Little Thing, Do As Infinity, Koda Kumi, Ai Otsuka, Ami Suzuki, ICONIQ, AAA, and GIRL NEXT DOOR. More artists to be announced later. But, dates are also out (note, Ayu is not guaranteed to appear at every date.) 8/7 (Sat): Ehime Prefectural Sports Complex 8/14 (Sat): Port Messe Nagoya 8/21 (Sat): Nagai Stadium (Osaka) 8/22 (Sun): Nagai Stadium (Osaka) 8/28 (Sat): Ajinomoto Stadium (Tokyo) 8/29 (Sun): Ajinomoto Stadium (Tokyo) Hopefully they'll be adding more dates...six shows? That seems pretty sparse. |

wow, it's almost that time of the year again. time flies by fast. :tipsy can't wait to see ayu at a-nation! i'm relieved to see GIRL NEXT DOOR as well, lol.

The problem is the lawsuit against their company in Korea. Avex can't decide anything without getting permission of SM Entertainment. ^yeah... but from the official end of the tour (9 July) until the osaka plus shows, she had almost a month ^^
Any way, it wouldn't be the first time, in 2008 she wasn't supposed to attend a-nation, because of the asia dates in autumn, but finnaly she performed in the last 2 shows... I think that's what she's going to do (or sth simmilar LOL) |

I'm sure she'll do at least a couple of shows. They're pre-selling tickets through TA, so by then we'll know how many and which shows she'll be doing. ;)

I've actually never seen an a-nation. Do they release DVDs of a-nation or am I just out of luck on seeing past performances except on Youtube and torrents?

^ There was a DVD of all Ayu's perfs at a-nation up to 2007 on the A COMPLETE box set (^_^) My friend has it, hohoho :) And they also release DVDs of the whole thing, not just Ayu, I think it's called "summer festival"?

She does well singing UNITE! chorus (high pitched part) in the concerts, so maybe she would sing kanariya well? But I highly doubt if it ever appear, because I don't see her singing album version nor single version of this song.
