Welcome to Dev's 1st thread! You guys might recgonize her voice as the girl in "Like a G6". But something interesting to note that the chorus of that song was sampled from one of her own songs! That song is called "Booty Bounce".

Her debut album "The Night the Sun Came Up" will be released November 1st in the US (it got post-poned to that date)

The music in her songs sounds freakin badass, but what kills it for me is that she barely sings...

I was about to make a thread for Dev but I searched for it and got this... :)
Anyway, since her album got postponed in the US, I bought the UK version last month and I got hooked pretty hard on her songs :D they're really really good... especially her song breathe, lightspeed, and dancing shoes. the Intro song getaway was pretty good too, with its pretty beat. :lech

You can't upload releases like that on here. Legal issues. UK-only releases are okay I think but since this is coming out in the US sooner or later you can't. But thanks for the offer.

Well despite the fact that I was somewhat unimpressed by a few of the songs she released last year, I decided to preview her album as I saw it was released today on iTunes...I ended up liking what I heard from the previews & it was being offered at a good price. So, I ended up buying it & I really like it so far. It's definitely unique, but it's in good taste & she actually sings (I previously complained she needed to sing more)! :D

I'm excited to finally buy the album tomorrow. She's delayed it so many times...

if anyone finds the album for download online please let me know, i cant find it anywhere :(
