Madonna's 46 'n guys still call 'er da POP QUEEN, why cant Ayu still B the JPOP QUEEN she's talented, pretty... she needs notin' else!! Those grrrrls, I'm sorry 2 say it, but they'll neva B as pretty as AYU,... And Ayu's music's evolvin, growin up, 'n she has this new rockish songs that take it to da fridge!! How can a singer B betta than her!!

Even if there's new artists around Japan, Ayu will always be the one true J-Pop Queen. Besides, she'll never forever be the J-Pop Queen...

Don't get mad for something as stupid as this. Ayu will always be the J-Pop Queen to me. That's what counts. Who cares if some people don't think she is anymore. You need to relax about all this.

anyway, it's only important that you like ayu. who cares what other people say? i never understand why ayu's popularity seems so much more important than her music. besides, ayu has already earned herself a place in history as one of the longest-standing jpop artists. comfort yourself with that.

I agree with AsongforXX. As long as you know Ayu is the jpop queen then that should be all that matters. Other people just can't grasp her music as easily, I guess. Anyways, this is somewhat ridiculous. XD

Marketing is what made ayu more popular than her music itself... AYu is an Icon and there's no other artist that sells like she does or like she used to do it. Ayu will always be the the jpop queen cause she's done remarkable things along her career.

Ayumi is whatever you want her to be, i mean I’m not even sure if she’s the "queen" since utada is/was one of those that start the "boom"...& there’s the other chick...i still prefer Ayu but there’s people that love utada or Namie? So yeah it varies in your OWN likes, it's not like you'll go and change everyone's mind...

People are always going to have different opinions on who they think is best, the best-looking, or the best singer. No one is going to see things the same way, it's not really worth it to get so angry about it.

The best thing for Ayu is that she keeps up the good work.. Never stopping doing great songs like she's ever been doing ^^ And not being the #1 in every chart.. Like Yulen said, we have to like her music, not her popularity =)
