ABOUT NAMIE
Spoiler:
Amuro Namie (安室奈美恵) is a Japanese "Hip-Pop" (Hip-Hop / Pop) artist from Okinawa. She debuted in a eurobeat group called the SUPER MONKEYS comprised of her and her classmates from the Okinawa Actors' School in 1992 with the single Koi no Cute Beat / Mister U.S.A.. Amuro became the leader of the group, and found success after their cover of TRY ME ~Watashi wo Shinjite~, which peaked at #8. In 1996, Amuro switched to avex trax and debuted with the single Body Feels EXIT, with her first avex album selling over 3.3 million copies. Her biggest single, the ballad CAN YOU CELEBRATE?, was the top single of 1997. After marriage and personal tragedy, Amuro continued to adopt a more R&B/hip-hop based style of music. She has sold over 27,322,155 copies in Japan alone.

Those are the covers? oh my god, she looks like she was either brought back from the dead, or hasn't slept in over 72 hours in the first photo.

They're dead. Namie just always looks dead, or is about to collapse. I'm sure she sleeps :P

I agree.. Although they look nice, there's still something kind of cheap about them, in a way that reminds me of Hitomi Shimatani's single covers.

S4MU3L 8th October 2014 04:28 PM

I love her death inside look so those covers to me are perfect. It looks much better with better quality

If you want to, and if you can confirm me until then that you'll be able to attend for sure, I can try applying for an extra ticket for you

I took this from previous thread. I'm definitely going, I just need to rearrange the hotels a bit, I'll either go back to Kyoto after concert or stay in Tokyo depending on what I can manage.

I've already asked a 'friend of a friend' in Japan if can he buy me tickets but can you tell me more about how it works? Does the buyer get this ticket to their phone? (that's what I understood from some previous post) Do I need this person's phone to enter the concert or can I print it or receive the ticket somewhere in non-electronical form? The price is 8,800, but can you chose a sit or do they give you random ones?

I'm just wondering if I can try to get them myself although if I can't and you could help me get a ticket that would be awesome :)

The tickets are on sale from November 15th so I'll tell you before that if I manage to get them on my own or not, I really hope that's ok with you and thanks for you help :)
