The Official Madonna Thread V

The other one was at capacity so I made a new one. Have y'all seen the new Louis Vuitton spreads? If not, you should definitely check them out. I believe they're in the latest issue of Vogue if I'm not mistaken. I'm super happy to see her working with Steven Meisel again. They've done some brilliant work together over the years.

Pictures are here and obviously resized. Lemme know if you want the HQ versions.

She did another shoot awhile back for Vogue Brazil with Steven Klein. It's from the same session that the "Get Stupid" footage was filmed for the tour.

In other news, the Sticky & Sweet Tour DVD is scheduled to come out in March under Universal Music and it'll be produced by Live Nation obviously. It looks like it will also be a double disc release like IGTTYAS and Confessions Tour have been.

waterballoon 26th January 2009 04:16 PM

The LV spread looks hot!

Lee_410 26th January 2009 04:19 PM

Wow,I love her eyepatch!

Vinylfantasy 28th January 2009 06:11 AM

Madonna's touring again this summer in Europe! She's taking the Sticky & Sweet Tour to cities she didn't get to see the first time around.

waterballoon 28th January 2009 06:21 AM

Lucky guys in Europe... when will she ever come to Singapore (no I don't think she has ever come here before... I think)???

Vinylfantasy 28th January 2009 06:32 AM

I'm pretty sure the original intention was for her to go to Japan and Australia this summer but Europe is cheaper because you can drive the stage around as opposed to flying it.

waterballoon 28th January 2009 06:50 AM

Even big celebrities are doing their bit in saving money amidst the economic crisis... Oh do you know if the LV spread she's doing is only for the US, or will the pictures be used as promotion in LV stores all around the world?

Ayumi27 28th January 2009 07:08 PM

She was supposed to tour Australia and Japan in this new leg of the tour, but apparently she'll only go to Europe. A date in Tallinn, Estonia, for August 4th 2009 is already confirmed

Vinylfantasy 29th January 2009 11:53 PM

It's official kids, Australia's in the mix too for the revamped Sticky & Sweet extension! I'm sure it's only a matter of time before Japan pops up as well. :)

Music released in the U.S. isn't allowed to be uploaded as per AHS rules. You're going to have to either buy it on iTunes or find it somewhere else, unfortunately. :/ Sorry. :(

And that photo shoot is GORGEOUS! :love
