The 2nd option is via UStream online. The broadcast will start at 1am JPN time with PVs, and the real live only starts at 3am JPN time. The encore section will not be shown, however. There are 2 courses to choose from, highspeed 1Mbps (high quality) and lowspeed 500kbps (normal quality).
Tickets are sold at 3,150yen for the normal public, and 2,625yen for TA members. However, the discounted TA price will only be for tickets bought within the time period (25/12 12am ~ 27/12 6pm).
The main broadcast will be at 3am on 1/1/11. Subsequent broadcasts are sceduled on both 2/1 and 3/1, with 4 replays each day at midnight, morning, afternoon, and night. Once a ticket is bought, the buyer is free to watch all these broadcasts of CDL.
How to buy tickets from UStream:
Spoiler:
1. Picking your ticket
Spoiler:
Go to http://avexnet.or.jp/ayu/cdl2010-2011/ and scroll down until you see this screen. If you are a TA member, pick the links under the pink TeamAyu banner. If you are not, pick the links under the red mu-mo banner. There are 2 options for each, the left button corresponds to the highspeed 1Mbps (high quality) ticket and the right button to the lowspeed 500kbps (normal quality) ticket. Click the purple button for whichever option you want. http://i1095.photobucket.com/albums/...m/ustream1.jpg
2. Sample viewing
Spoiler:
Once you have clicked the purple button of your choice, you will come to this screen. Watch it and make sure it doesn't jump/stop frequently. If the stream plays well, your computer is good to go. If it doesn't play well, do think twice about buying the service, since the broadcast will probably be that way too. Once you're satisfied, press the big purple button. http://i1095.photobucket.com/albums/.../ustream14.jpg
3. If you are a TA member (if not, skip to step 4)
Scroll all the way to the bottom, and check the price of your ticket. TA members should have the cheaper 2,625yen, while non-members should have the 3,150yen ticket. Press the big orange button with a cart on it. http://i1095.photobucket.com/albums/...m/ustream4.jpg
5. If you are a mu-mo member (if not, skip to step 6)
Spoiler:
The following page is this payments page. Scroll down a little where there is a mu-mo login screen. Log on with your username (e-mail) and password. Then go to step 7. http://i1095.photobucket.com/albums/...m/ustream6.jpg
Click the little circle to highlight the credit card payment option, then fill in with your card number and expiry date. Below that are 2 options, the first one is to pay in full immediately, the second is to pay by installments. Pick whichever one. http://i1095.photobucket.com/albums/.../ustream10.jpg
After this, you will be led to a page to reconfirm all your details one more time, if it's all correct, press the grey button which reads "確認する" and you're done!! :)

I think it's normal to pay as the CDL is broadcast on a paying channel....
I'll wait a DL link.

IIRC, this is the usual broadcast satellite channel that we don't usually have access to. I think it was previously reported by AyUmIxX at the Ayu's Story blog a few weeks ago. I wonder why TeamAyu put it up now and not then? [http://ayusstory.blogspot.com/2010/1...countdown.html]
Sukachan is just a name for the SkyPerfecTV's TV guide-type thing. I think they've been airing CDL live since it started, actually... but we still don't have an online one! I wonder if Kome is still trying, haha.

I think it's normal you have to pay to see it ... you buy tickets for the concert, so why would you pay for them if you can watch it for free somewhere else? (don't say "it's not the same, I know that ... just try to see the logic in it...)

Well, it's the normal broadcast method for CDL. Sometimes programs on this channel are pay-per-view but I think Ayu's concert comes with the channel when you subscribe to the satellite service.
We usually get to see it a while after it airs in Japan anyway! I think in recent years we've gotten it even the day after it airs in Japan.

Wow, that's completely non-consequential to me. Guess we'll have to wait for the TV broadcast. =/

Utada Hikaru did this specially for her international fans with her concert on Dec. 8th. via Ustream.
was kinda really hoping that maybe, just maybe Ayu would do something like this too.
Well just wait and see i guess, maybe something will still change before the 30th
