I like that she admits that she actually does have regrets. In the past, Ayu always used to say that she has no regrets. Like in "Born To Be...", "there have been many failures, but I have no regrets". But there was a time when I clearly felt that she does have regrets, but she didn't really say so directly.

I think in Born To Be... she was trying to project that bit of a front that she was keeping up until the 2010s but now we're seeing a lot of vulnerability with Ayu, like her walls are completely down.

I think that she really felt like that back then. But then things happened and she was indirectly saying that she regrets, see "You were...".

I'm just thinking, Ayu likes to use 夢の続き, continuation of the dream, and I kind of think that 現実の続き should be translated as "continuation of reality". What do you think? I feel "another chapter of reality" gives of a different feeling. Nuances, I guess.
