It says a secondary lottery sale starts today at 3 p.m. JST until Feb 26 at 11:59 p.m. Results on March 3rd.
Still, my dates are still showing as pending.

Probably Global TA members lottery results takes a longer time than Jp TA?

I’m Global TA and haven’t received notice yet but a friend of mine applied via the domestic TA link and got his results already. So I guess domestic receives notice before global.

Edit: I received notice for April 7th. So the rest should be rolling in anytime now.
