Due to the spread of the new type of coronavirus, the Chinese government has officially announced the extension of the lunar new year holidays.
As a result, there have been large delays in production and shipment of goods produced by cooperating firms and we have decided to postpone the sale of "ayumi hamasaki TROUBLE TOUR 2020 A ～サイゴノトラブル～" goods during the concert on February 20th (Thu) and February 21st (Fri) at the Misato City Cultural Hall as well as online EC sales.

Products that will be delayed in being released
Room Shoes (M / L) 3,500 yen

All goods are expected to be sold at the concert on February 29th (Sat) at the Nagoya Congress Center, but any changes will be announced through the ayumi hamasaki official website. We will also inform you when the online sales start date is decided through the Ayumi Hamasaki official website. It is possible that there may be changes in the goods that are sold. We ask for your understanding about this.

that's the online ship out date. If there's a concert before then the goods will be available at the venue... but they are usually allocated a certain amount of goods at the concerts so they CAN sell out at the venue.

I believe backpacks will be sold out first at the venue too

What are the conditions to have a ball, a dollar or a silver tape? From the post I guessed that silver tape is only available if you order from HMV but that is it.

I am so freaking mad at mu-mo.
First of all it was giving me errors and it took me a while to figure out with item caused that error (it was the pink phonestrap, alltough it shows in stock)
Then I wanted to enter my credit card information and it keeps telling me I need to enter the information correctly, I used the same f*king credit card a few days ago to order the CDL Blu-Ray and it was totally fine. So I had to use Paypal... (at least they offer it now, otherwise I whould have been screwed <.< )

I bought the lunchboxes, Summer shirt and pink transparent bag. I really like the summer goods and it'll probably take until summer here to get them xD

I'm a bit annoyed at myself though, I actually bought a bunch of the merch when the CDL was announced and didn't know these bonuses were coming :( I got 2 mugs, the shirt, cap, yellow uchiwa and yellow sports towel.

Gotta say that I really loved the look of the last few rounds of merch and would probably have bought the room shoes if I didn't think I would accidentally destroy them.

I think it is per 9800 JPY spent and not per account, as long as goods of the Tour are purchased.

I got a random thing delivered to Tenso a few months back just after Covid started so I send them a message about alternate delivery methods. DHL is on offer but it turned out to be quite expensive. About $50AUD for what turned out to be a clear file (rekt)

I was glad I wasn't traveling to work so had the money aside but I was pretty pissed at the time. DHL from S Korea to Australia seems to be much more reasonable priced. I got a big haul of 7 albums just this week and the DHL shipping was about $80AUD lol

They increased their limit to 60 days so I will keep an eye out on the postal situation. Japan post have resumed shipping to some countries so maybe in a month they'll open more countries?

Really excited for this sale! This is my first time purchasing on mu-mu. I'm using Tenso since I am in the USA. I'm ready to check out, but it keeps saying my address is wrong :cry

I know I am entering it correctly... anyone have any tips or suggestions? I knew this would be a process but WOW is it hard to purchase overseas items.

^you can't copy and paste from tenso because they use the 1.5 character width. You need to type in the numbers yourself. The kanji is usually okay to copy and paste but the numbers won't work. Just retype them into the form when you're putting in your address.

I went online half an hour after the sales started and things are already selling out. Mostly the kangol items, some of the Trouble 2019 items and the starter black goods. Would have been nice to get the backpack for half price but oh well. :D

Thank you for the quick response! Unfortunately it's still not working for me :( I did some variations of the address, and typed in my own numbers to get rid of the 1.5 character width issue. I got through once but when I clicked "Order" it went to an error screen. There was an error with the address and credit card.

EDIT: I linked up my PayPal account to use that as my payment method, but at check out the only option for payment is credit card.

Paypal is no option for this promotion sale, I also had to take credit card.
as for the address, try copy and paste it in chrome, I only can use chrome for mu-mo, Firefox doesn´t work >>

I think I got the address working now (when it wants to lol) but now the issue is my credit card. I tried two different cards with no luck. It says "Your credit card information is not entered correctly. Please check your entries." :tired

It seems this was an issue for some people towards the beginning of this thread. Maybe this is a mu-mu issue.. not sure.

PayPal worked for me. I did the purchase from my phone, (I thought they’d have more stuff, ended up just getting another camo trouble cap) but I have also used google chrome in the past and both credit card and PayPal have always worked for me. Mintkisses, If you’re still having trouble entering the address, try installing a Japanese Language keyboard, if you use that it will automatically input half width numbers. Wish I could offer more help but I put my tenso address on mumo so long ago I don’t remember how I got it to work, though I think I had the same problems.

My husband bought from the Evangelion store and wanted to ship his stuff from my Buyee box so I figured I'd ship everything.......$250AUD for the shipping but including the fees and GST it wound up at $390AUD....... TT__TT

I just tried it again, after logging in with my TA account number and password, I added the first item to the カート, when I click on the カート, I can choose between the usual check out or an easy check out. If I choose the usual, I have to log in with my mu-mo ID, after that I can check my order and choose how I would like to pay. It's the usual process. Maybe another browser?

As of today I can still consolidate a parcel that arrived on Jan 6th! Fingers crossed it stays that way lol

It includes 10% GST ("Goods and Services Tax") on both the item costs and shipping charges GST as well :( One of our billionaires (who stole Covid jobkeeping payments btw) lobbied our corrupt government to introduce it on all purchases from overseas. Originally GST was only paid on items over $1kAUD but his main business (importing cheap whitegoods from China and selling at a markup to boomers) was starting to decline.

Unfortunately he's also got Rupert Murdoch (massive media mogul) on side. I could rant for hours (well maybe 10-15 minutes) about their shadiness xD
