QoP DVD - yes it's going to be released on the same day as Taiwan & so's Korea :yes . I will be getting the Taiwan press of it from my friend Cliff (1st press with the 6 cards :yatta) instead from buying it from ebay/yesasia/hmv hk as his charges are much cheaper

like eg. for otsuka ai's LOVE LETTER album , the OS press / CD + DVD that YesAsia is selling for , is the price that I paid for though Cliff inclusive of shipping :O
