Japan has very dry winters, and people constantly want to battle the dry skin. This is basically a humidifier to use while at the office and/or your desk.

The actually humidifying device can be taken out and placed in a normal water bottle as well, making it portable.

And yes, the ornament comes with it for TA members who choose to buy it.

The actual device is 5,400 yen with tax
