That "Voyage" perfomance was Best Artist 2002.
Also, no one ever seems to point this one out but I suppose its quite quick and not easy to spot but she was on "MUSIC STATION" 2000/03/31 and did a medley of "Fly high" and "appears" and she makes a small mistake during the chorus of "Fly high".
She forgets a word or two, remembers it and then kind of smiles and turns to her "band" and kind of smiles during the bridge before she goes into the last chorus.

in her music station performance of Appears& boys&girls the had some problems during Boys&girls and the audience try to help and sing. that was a bit funny.

Trauma is not her best song for memorization.. ahaha

There was Rollin' in Arena Tour 2009 as well. She forgot the lyrics and even sang something along the lines of "I forgot what the words are" it was super cute

IIRC there’re evolution (+ You were...) at the end of 2009 where she made a mistake and had to apologize afterwards and Boys & Girls from CDL11-12... i love her laugh here :D
