Her hair has been like this since February 2008, when she was in Paris. We all guess (read: we are all pretty sure) that she has extensions. On 2 months time, your hair can't grow like that ;)

i don't think you would put ice on your throat, i believe it is warm water (usually in these things you fill cold water, yes, but i believe you can fill in whatever you want. it makes hot water stay hot and cold water stay cold ;) )

and she's wearing extensions, of course. no hair grows that fast ;)
