Do you ever get any Ayu songs mixed up?
 

Normally, I don't. I see most of Ayu's songs as pretty distinct...but there are a couple that I have gotten mixed up before.

I remember confusing Hana with SIGNAL before when I was new to the ASFXX album.

There were a couple times when I confused SURREAL with Unite!...only the beginning part.

And for some odd reason, I got GAME and Because of you confused a couple times, even though they're pretty different sounding lol.

So what about you guys?

from your letter and Two of Us. . .i had only heard each once. i still cant remember what Two if Us sounds like. . .but since i started listening, ive still been able to hear clear distinction between her songs

I get most of the songs on ASFXX mixed up because I rarely listen to them~

Rarely HANA and Signal
or For my dear and from your letter

Some songs from ASFXX but sometimes my sister would quiz me by putting songs on shuffle and in trying to answer quickly I'll say something silly, like the name of a completely different song.

ASFXX is the last (and most recent) Ayu album I've listened to so I haven't gotten familiar with the songs yet. With Depend on You, YOU, and Trust I love the songs when I listen to them but then forget what they sound like later on, lol so I get them mixed up. I never get SIGNAL, ASFXX, Powder Snow, or poker face mixed up though cuz they're so awesome. ^^

I also get some of the songs on GUILTY mixed up, I guess because I really don't care for the album at all. I always stop listening after decision, lol.

I usually get all of these songs confused for each other in some way, especially when she performs them live - UNITE!, evolution, Boys & Girls, Trauma, SURREAL, AUDIENCE. Also I confuse a lot of the songs on A song for XX and LOVEppears. The other day I was listening to the introduction to INSPIRE and I was like "omg this is ourselves, I need to change it I hate that song" but then went to my itunes and was like "oh, nvm" lol

All the time. Majority of her ballads and a few of her rock songs...get them mixed up all the time.

Normally I'm good at keeping them straight, but selections from ASFXX is hard to distinguish sometimes. Hana vs. SIGNAL, Wishing vs. from your letter vs. Present, etc. Sometimes the summer songs are hard to name, like glitter, BLUE BIRD, and fairyland.

Sometimes I get her ballads mixed up.. or sometimes I'll even forget the title >_<
The most common is the beginning of ever free and no more words are slightly similar. That can throw me off when I'm listening to my iPod of shuffle.

I can immediately name nearly all of her post-I am... material (save Liar, Hope or Pain, and that other ballad right next to those two that sounds exactly the same to me...). It's the pre-RAINBOW stuff I get mixed up. >_< I don't really like I am... all that much, so most of the songs I get mixed up. The middle songs on LOVEppears I tend to get screwed up. And I always mix Audience up with Unite! XD

I tend to like her RAINBOW-present music better, so I know it better. :shrug

Sometimes the titles confusing me.

"And Then - immature"
"girlish - key"
"Wishing - As if.."
"Over - dolls"
"criminal - kiss o kill"

I only confuse the ASFXX songs that are not in single. Sometime Hana & Friend, or from your letter & another one. It's only because I don't listen to them a lot of time. For her others album I know always what's song is played.

but usually I can keep her songs apart quite well :)

When I first got into Ayu, I got independant and Greatful Days mixed up. :P

lol this thread is really interesting! like how we all listen things differently :)

Only occasionally on ASFXX or LP, as I don't listen to those often.

I get a lot of the non-singles on My Story confused... because I don't like them :P
