Should MOON be included in Rock'n'Roll Circus?

A few days ago while listening to MOON I got this thought why ayu didn't just put the song in the album, she could replace Last Links, for example. or just simply put it in? Because I think the song kinda suits the album theme. But then maybe ayu really love MOON to make it a single instead.

I think this single project thing had been planned way back in London and she recorded MOON and blossom there for that specific purpose. Plus both of the songs have a very nostalgic feel and are summery so it would've been a waste not to have them as the summer single. RnRC already had Sunrise/Sunset for summer songs.

^ Well actually I never see MOON and blossom as Summer songs thou... Both sounds like Spring release

I see MOON as belonging on MOON/blossom :laugh I never can imagine Ayu's songs being on different singles, albums, etc. :P I'm pretty content with how she did it (^_^)

nope not in RnR ballads dont fit in it

AyUta 14th July 2010 12:08 AM

I don't think so...I don't think it would really fit. Last Links is perfect there, btw.

Kanzaki 14th July 2010 12:11 AM

No! Why the hate for Last Links? It's one of my faves on the album. Hoping no one will kill me for saying this, I like it a whole lot more than Microphone.

...

I don't think MOON fits the theme, but actually, I would have loved to see blossom on there. If not for the weird/crappy song title.

Last Links is beautiful, cannot be replaced.

I think MOON doesn't fit the theme of the album. MOON/blossom have that nostalgic feel to them, while the album is progressive.

asmAyumi1992 14th July 2010 09:44 AM

Yes! I thought that too!

But I think, MOON also very suit to be a single :D

LOL! As if there weren't several ballad~ish songs on RnRC:

- Sunset
- BALLAD
- Last Links
- meaning of Love
- You were...

xD

Actually I always call Rock'n'Roll Circus "A BALLADS 2".

YuriChan 14th July 2010 11:05 AM

I thought so at first when I heard the first preview... But I changed my mind! :) Besides, what's wrong with Last Links? .o.

rookies 14th July 2010 11:45 AM

It wouldn't fit well with the album, imo.

tourniquet 14th July 2010 12:07 PM

I agree, they should've stuck them in there as tracks #16 and #17. better for the fans and then they could've come up with something fresh for single 48.

Tony G 14th July 2010 12:09 PM

As opposed to two other singles? I think she's making enough new material for one year.

Aderianu 14th July 2010 01:42 PM

After that album will be more further from Rock'n'Roll
And I think Ayu must exclude this song from encore section of AT10. She better to sing meaning of love and Last Links

SURREAL__RAINBOW 14th July 2010 01:45 PM

I think RnRC is good as it is.

I'm glad MOON wasn't included... so we can actually look forward to see it in her next album.

Yumsushi 14th July 2010 11:39 PM

Funny that you mention Last Links since Moon and Last links sound almost identical at the chorus.

AngelSenshi 17th July 2010 06:11 PM

I think MOON deserves to be a single, and while its true it does fit the album, I wouldn't think of replacing any track on that album with MOON. I think the singles project was long thought about, so MOON always had its purpose, and I think she always knew it deserved to be a single.

Cherry Dynamite 18th July 2010 03:51 AM

There's already so much ballads on R'n'RC.

ohsixthirty 18th July 2010 04:30 AM

Nah. They're too bland for rnrc in my opinion.
