Dumb question about YesAsia but...
Yeah I didn't know where to put this xD Since this was mainly an Asian music/DVD site I'll post my question here.
So, the credit card I used to order HEAVEN couldn't be verified so they told me to send them information with a new card. Do I just use regular MSN email to do this or what? I was wondering since I thought that wasn't safe or something Lol XD Anyone got input? Maybe I'm just too paranoid with sending precious information over the internet through email? xD |
There's a "contact us regarding an order" form on their website, isn't there?
I'm pretty sure I've used an on-site form to contact them about cancelling/changing an order before... Edit: Yup, there is. You have to log-in to your account, click on the order number, and it's in the drop down list under "To manage your order..." |
Mmm would it be safe to just put that information down in a regular messaging box on the site to them?

Can't you just modify your card informations yourself in your profile and ask them to try again ?

Maybe I should just cancel my order and re-order? I was gonna do that, but then I might not get the first press. So I sent them a message and I'll just wait for them to reply.

Yeah you gotta email it to them. I had to do it because I had lost my card that I used to order something with and got a new one. I was uncomfortable with sending it over email but I just did it anyways.
