Has anyone ever tried to write their own lyrics/music?

Illusion

Throughout my life,
people entered, and people left.
But i never thought
that it would hurt as much as it did.

At times i felt alone,
like i was the only one in this world.
But you understood my pains.
We stood side-by-side,
hand-in-hand.
That was all i needed.

I spilled my life to you,
but you left violently with a lie
that had me fooled.
But it's funny how just one lie
can scar you for the rest of your life.

My life turned hollow,
and i felt like you took my life away with you
as if all i feelings were gone.
I began to lie to myself,
but after time, all these lies hast left my hear stone cold and shallow
I was afraid
to reveal the real me to anyone else.

But i bet you didn't think
that you leaving had an impact on me like a cold winter storm.

But i didn't know that it would hurt
as much as it did.

Love comes and goes
almost as if it were an illusion.

now....im gonna try to write music for it...somehow...maybe i can get a CD company to listen to dis:roflmao

i cant stop dreaming..

but its never really a nightmare,
so when i sleep,

When night comes,
i know wats gonna come,
i light the candles of tranquility,
and hope to stay awake,
but the angels of dream have come again...
and i drift to peaceful sleep.

......I recently wrote a song....[tho, I dun think u'd wanna read it......it kinda of 'interesting'.....^^;;;;]

i wanna read:D ...i can write but cant rhyme.....and trying to write that into a song will be a tough job...but i'll try!!....for some reason i think its easier to write about dark stuff....ionno why.
