What the heck? Ayu`s European singles playing in the Finnish Radio Station!
 

I listened to Finnish Dance station KLF today, and what a surprise I heard. Suddenly, the remix of M [Above & Beyond mix] started playing! Also apparently they have played it over 300 times : D! playlist also includes three others, artist listed as either "Ayu" or "Ayumi Hamasaki":
Appears (Kyau vs Albert remix)
Depend on you (Svenson and Gielen radio cut)
Whatever (Ferry 'System F' corsten vocal extended)

I`m assuming these are the German singles?
Have you ever heard any of Ayu`s songs/remixes playing in your local station? [outside of Japan/Asia of course]
At least for me, this the first time ever :D

I wonder if I ask them if they could play newer remixes too?~

Omg, really? I haven't heard Ayu on the radio yet here in Finland... but I'd love to ^^

I heard her once when I lived in Columbus, Ohio. One of the connected remixes came on while I was in a grocery store.

I just remembered that I heard one store playing Duty once. o_O It was some kind of comics store, I think? There was some Japanese magazines, too.

Finnish dance station KLF? Never heard about it. :| It's cool that they have Ayu's songs though.

I've never heard Ayu on any radio station here in the US. I've heard her songs played at conventions, if that counts. haha
Oh and I've never heard of that appears mix before, but it could be from some random single I've never seen before... :shrug

Yeah I haven't heard any of here songs here either, I wish I did, actually I wish there was a radio station that played J-Pop/Rock or some type of Japanese music I mean its Hawaii there are a lot of Japanese tourist, and many local like me and my friends are very interested in Japanese culture and Music.

For Malays radio stations here, it's so rarely I could hear any foreign songs other than English songs.

One of my friend here once told me that Sunrise were played in one of Malays radio station. Unfortunately, I dont listen to Malays radio stations much.

For who's wondering, I'm in Malaysia.

I heard (miss)understood being played at a Tokyo (named Tokyo but its a store) in the mall. That's about it though....I've heard Utada at Walmart, BestBuy, and a few local markets too....but that's the extent of Japanese artists that I hear around here :(

I also noticed that a few of her remixes played a few times, on the swedish internet radio station for trance music, Neradio ^^ Pretty neat.

awe man. at least you heard that much. Only time I ever heard anything jpop related was when they some radio played utada's cbtm. it was only one time, and i was in gym class. So glad because we never have the radio playing during gym and that one day we ever did, utada came on. I was singing along to it haha everyone else was like "wtfits?"

:O Wow I'd probably faint if I heard Ayu somewhere. I would've never guessed. Maybe i should start to listen to Klf then. ;)

I've only heard her in anime stores around here. But still, it was an occasion to celebrate.

I'd love for it to happen but it's never happened to me :(

I've heard some Ayu mixes too at KLF. But no big deal, stores like Blippo play them all the time :).
