Your first Korean Song
 

Since there's a First Japanese Song thread, I'd create this one! :D Believe it or not, my first Korean song was "I'm Sorry" by BoA! I didn't realize that it was Korean when I first listened to it! :laugh

I totally fell in love with the language when I started listening to hyori's pretty songs though.

But the only one that I can remember right now is SNSD's Genie

Arirang (the Korean folk song). Still the best Korean song ever IMO.

what i remember is that SNSD debuted when i start listening to kpop, so i guess something around mid 2007 :laugh

now that Polyrhythm talks about Arirang, i think this one was really one of my first songs

Mine was Dirty Cash by Big Bang. My best friend sent me a video of it and I completely loved it~ :heart

I never remember such things~ It was BoA but what song? Most probably NO.1. But it hasn't started my journey with k-pop or something, I was just listening to any BoA's song I could find and didn't even recognize a language difference between japanese of korean for a while lol. She was my second asian artist after Ayu and I was actually only into them back then.

Lee Hyori "Toc Toc Toc" Definitley not the song that made me fall in love with kpop but it was my first ^^

"So hot" by wonder girls. I wish it wasn't my first, because it turned me off from K-pop in general for a long time.

MIROTIC by DBSK. Of course, that wasn't the song that got me into K-Pop. Call Me by Taegoon got me into K-Pop <3

It was BoA's No. 1, but I never really listen to it well :P
Onara was the first one I really enjoy, but one song that made me more open toward Kpop was LOVEHOLIC's Flower Vase :luv2

Most definitely was a BoA song. I know it was also an album track but what the title is I don't know. Dreams come true or SARA is coming to mind.
