Have anyone heard of this band? They do copys of ayu, and it's quite good. The lead singer, Rika tries to cosplay and sing like ayu during the lives. Strongly recommend lives are [Microphone], [MOON], [Heartplace], [Curtain Call]. Please keep an open mind when watching the lives, and don't bash on copybands don't have their style. There are bands in Japan who likes to copy known bands or artist, because they are their fans, there is nothing wrong. It's their hobbies and effort. the title of this thread, "ayumi hamasaki copy band "guilty"" sounds like ayu is copying them :shrug Maybe you need to fix that.

Whoa! Her voice sounds very good and stronger- I think at times even better than how Ayu sounds, to be honest. Colored me impressed.

She catches most of ayu's speech nuances so it makes her sound like ayu, but her voice actually is quite different. But when she smiles, she REALLY looks like ayu, it's a little freaky lol!!

She is good, but even just listening to the vocal track one can definitely tell that it's not Ayu singing. I really believe that there's something so special to Ayu's voice that makes her sound so distinctive.
I agree that this girl could probably replace Peco though haha. |
I heard of them on mixi but never heard them singing.
