Do the Maths I - Album by tracks
 
I know it could be done before (it's nothing new in fact) But our taste are growing all the time, so here is it:

All you need to do is:

- Take every Ayu album (with tracklist) I am not including Love songs. I could wait, you might say, BUT! It would be unfair for this album. A lot of her songs grew in some people. Sometimes with a short time, sometimes even through years.
- Give every song a grade. From 1 to 10. (I think it's more fair than 1 to 5)
- You can include your ratings here in the spoiler (cause it will be a long list) But it's not neccesary.
- Give every album an arithmetic average.
- Share a list with your outcomes.

It's funny how the "logical" list can be diffrent the "emotional" one ;)
Let's see strictly what's our favorites, and what's in the bottom of the list ;)

Do you agree with your maths?
I don't really. Till 3rd it's everything perfect. I would say that I prefer I am... & RAINBOW (at the same level of love) than MY STORY.
And I'm enjoying RnRC and GUILTY more than NEXT LEVEL
I would also put LOVEppears above the NL and GUILTY.

Thoughts:
Duty was a sure winner, but I did not expect R'nRC to be so high up. All and all, quite what I thought. ASFxx would be higher, but the vocal in the songs are better live or after the do-over in A BEST and/or A BALLADS.

Comments: It was very interesting! I would've never guessed that GUILTY would end up my 1st... but since it's so consistent as an album, there are not many bad songs and it ends up getting higher average. And I thought Love Songs would've had higher average! It's all because of those few songs I don't like... But generally the rankings list is correct: I like Ayu's newer production, with the exception of MY STORY and I am..., which I love.

I'm surprised with how some of these albums placed. I always feel like Secret is my favorite Ayu record, but I guess the logical process speaks louder. I have no shame for my list... I'm not surprised NEXT LEVEL made my favorite album; it came at an incredibly important point and helped inspire me when I needed something to believe in.

Plus, it's the album that included "Rule"... which is one of my favorite PVs because Ayu put beautiful fake tattoos on all her guy dancers and made em be half-naked the whole video. :happy1:

Oh, I'll never get Ayu from the Sparkle video out of my head. That was still one of the hottest things I've ever seen.

As for Love songs, I expected that album to be #1 or #2 because the songs have a special place in my heart. I loved all three singles, and the only song I was a bit unsure of was "blossom".

I hope that Ayu will do what makes her happy from now on. No more trying to be big or a bestseller. The only people who care don't matter and the only people who matter don't care. <3

So yes, it's now scientifically proved that I love (miss)understood. But other than that, this is all wrong. NEXT LEVEL shouldn't be that high - it's only there because the amazing interludes bumped its ranking significantly. On the other hand, Rock'n'Roll Circus should be in the top 3, but the atrocious interludes dropped it from glory. LOVEppears should also be much higher. But that's about it.

(Damn it took some time to do this. :thud But it was fun!)
