this is probably going to sound rude and it's nice that they're donating at least some of the profits, but 2% is just extremely low.

Aderianu 31st March 2011 05:20 PM

^yes... The Donation Total (Updated: 2011/03/29) 572,955 JPY

but that's better than nothing

ayuuk 1st April 2011 02:16 PM

^Thanks for the pic of the t-shirt. Looks cute. You already have it? What's its size? If it's free size it probably won't fit. = =

it is better than nothing.seriously.you expect the staff in CDJapan to get nothing for their monthly salary?they need money too.
look at other companies like tenso.did they do something like this?no.

tokyoxjapanxfan 1st April 2011 03:53 PM

A donation is a donation.

Anyway, thanks :) Unfortunately I don't need any of these :P

I know, it is better than nothing, but a big site like CDJ I expected would do more. I mean, at least 5%. The staff can still get paid, I don't know why you think they wouldn't. Tenso is just a shipping site that enjoys milking people, I wouldn't expect them to do anything.

nanakopy87 1st April 2011 04:40 PM

i don't mean to create a war or anything.just look at another side,CDJ is just a online store site and act the same purpose like tenso.they open a company, sell stuff and provide service.

you know, this is just like comparing this artist with that artist like ' i was expecting this artist to donate more because she earns millions of yen each year'

Didz-19 2nd April 2011 02:11 AM

What?? Hey guys, give 'em a break, will ya. They (cdjapan) are just trying to help. It doesn't matter how much you donate, what matter is that you're doing something about it! I don't think we should argue about how much someone can donate~~it's kinda rude actually~~ Peace!

You're acting like the media against ayu not donating more enough bcos she earns alot.... donation is voluntary. And you wouldnt know but maybe the board of directors/CEO already donated annoymously...
