SEVEN DAYS WAR
I had a couple of questions about this song. I'm prompted to ask them, because while I was watching Arena Tour 2010 ~Rock'n'Roll Circus Tour~ with my mom, when SEVEN DAYS WAR came on, for something like the third time since hearing this song, she asked me if it was about this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Six-Day_War
:P I explained that it was about a personal war instead, but does anyone know if it's referring to anything specific? Reading a translation of the lyrics, it doesn't really seem to be, except for the mood Ayu had when she was writing it. But it's called seven days war...does anyone know why? Was there a week at the end of last year that it might be talking about? Maybe something to do with Mannie, and making a life with him? :s Share your thoughts! Also, does anyone have the Japanese lyrics, or know where they can be found? |
Spoiler:
just want to say that Ayu is not the author of this song, she just made cover I think 'seven days' means 'seven days in week' = not stop war |
The original song by TM Network was meant for a movie titled Seven Days War or "Bokura no Nanokan Sensou".
Short synopsis: Quote:

:O I'm shocked! I guess I've just gotten used to the idea that Ayu writes everything, so I didn't consider that it might be something she hadn't wrote.
Was this an old movie? (Thank you for the lyrics! :D) |
yeah it was released in 1988.
lol I've just learned that TM Network is Tetsuya Komuro's band. So that's why ayu decided to make a cover for this song since almost all songs of Love songs album were composed by Komuro. |
^ Wow! Has she worked with him before this, then?
|
^He composed all of the song+nation songs, including "A Song is born".
