Problems buying ticket for Ustream?

So, for anyone that has purchased tickets for CDL on Ustream, have you had any problems??

Every time I click to buy a ticket, the form pops up. It doesn't have a scroll on it so I have to like, highlight text and drag in order to get to the bottom.

But then even when I finish and hit "purchase", it just brings me to a white screen with nothing at all confirming a purchase.

I don't even know if my purchase has gone through... I assume it hasn't since I don't have any e-mails or anything from them. But did anyone else have any problems?

I'm on a Mac but I don't think that should make a difference. I tried doing it on Fire Fox but the form wouldn't even load on it...

I emailed them but I haven't gotten a response and it's been almost a day...

For me, the purchase thing is a small window with no scroll at all.

Can you take a screencap of what it looks like for you?

It looks like this:

Wow, that's rather different from what I see.

If you can get on another computer, you can try buying the ticket for your account there?

That's really weird... I've never had problems like this with my computer... o_o.
I'll try tomorrow

And make sure you're using the newest version of Firefox. I'm also on a Mac, and using Firefox, but mine looks different than yours.

empty your cache, if it does not work, try with another browser. It worked for me on my mac using google chrome. Looks like the css is not detected, ie no paging and that's why all the boxes are not appearing properly (and since the javascript popup thing size is limited...)

Mac & windows are really different when it comes to coding and sometimes it's very difficult to make it perfect for every browser (almost impossible in fact)

select "expiration date" and while holding the mouse button scroll down

I was able to fix it. Thanks everyone :)

Works just fine on Firefox 3...which I'm still using since I hate the design Firefox had from 4-9.
