It's like that "wobble" noise, and hard drops - usually has a lower BPM. Kinda gritty sounding. 2:43-3:10 in the song I posted is a good example. The wobble is present throughout the entire song. It's not a full on dubstep song but uses dubstep influences, which I prefer since full-on dubstep is overrated and boring.
