She never denied that it was about the divorce, I believe.

People read "The song isn't really a sequel to Virgin Road" or something as "The song isn't related to her divorce."

In fact, I think a lot of the songs on the album are directly related to her marriage and what she and Mannie had together.

So sad. :(

^^Ah okay. Yes naturally alot of songs is connected to her personal life and right now the divorce takes up alot of that. I was just wondering since I saw some people here writing that she denied that it was about the divorce so I just wanted to double check.

Yeah, to add on to truehappiness, she didn't say there was a link, but she didn't deny it as well. What she said in S Cawa about Return Road was "everyone is free to feel whatever they want from my songs", so yeah, very open-ended...

Even if Ayu doesn't confirm it, the song does seem to be about her marriage. The lyrics are amazing, even more so if they are indeed about what I suspect.
