Do you like the "forgiveness" single?
 

Hi everyone! I just want to ask you about forgiveness. I mean, the single. I was like cleaning my room today and was able to rearrange my old CDs. I tried playing forgiveness (single) after so many years and found myself enchanted by it again. Memories started to go back and I remembered that as this single is one of the very few Ayu CDs i own, i remembered how much I loved the song and everything.

I was able to check the old threads when the single was released and I was happy because everyone felt happy with the release too. That was then. I wonder how new ayu fans think about it too.:D

And HAL's mix of "HANABI ~episode II~" is perfection as well

Besides the song forgiveness, HANABI ~Episode II HAL's mix was the reason I bought it too! :)

I actually used to like its cover, but I never really loved or liked the song. Also, I only listen to original versions, I do not care about other mixes. I am indifferent about this single. Sometimes I even forget it exists.

I feel like forgiveness was one of those overlooked singles by Ayu, probably because it was a ballad among a crap ton of ballads she was releasing. Overall, it's my 2nd or 3rd favorite song of hers, behind JEWEL and probably HEAVEN. It's just a well-produced, well-sung track... even if it's a little bit long.

i need to download the single and just get angsty with the instrumental...
there is literally nothing wrong with the composition or arrangement. it's perfect. owning it is like owning some of the fountain of youth.

Pure amazingness in all its glory. I always nostalgia when I listen to it.
