Ayu's soda tab necklace?
 

So I'm going out on a limb here, but does -anyone- have -any- idea what brand the soda tab necklace is that Ayu heavily wore throughout 2001-2002?

I understand it's like, 11 years old now haha, but I've always been curious.

I've tried looking at the magazines she was in throughout 2002, but they all say it's the model's (ayu's) item.

I know there are some members here that have been here awhile, so I figured I'd give it a shot.

When I first got into Ayu/Jpop in late 2003/early 2004, I remember looking on ebay and there were various replicas of accessories she (as well as people like Gackt) wore, and this soda tab necklace was one of them. But as much as I've tried searching for them again I can't find anything.

I've found a few tab necklaces over the years from various manufacturers. I saw a swarovsky crystal one on amazon not too long ago.

I've actually found two really good ones :-)

One looks like it's a knockoff of this one in terms of shape and chain used, but the quality is pretty cheap (as is the price) but the other one is sterling silver, the shape is just a bit different. But it's still only about 4000 yen. :-)

Tim Campi is apparently not around anymore, but her and Nagase wore these as pair necklaces it seems. Johnny Depp wore one too.

I wish I asked this before! Getting an authentic one now will not only be difficult, but expensive. :-p at least I can keep my eyes open now.
