"Far away", "Sweet Scar" and the melodical style...
 

hey everyone :D

has anyone as I noticed that ''Far away" and "Sweet Scar" use a very similar melodic style while singing the first line?
I believe that these two songs sound almost the same there.
to show you what i mean, i made an audio file.
so please tell me what you think ...
i hope i'm not the only one who recognizes these similarities. :D

hmm..interesting. The first line definitely sounds almost identical,with the difference that Sweet Scar seems a bit faster.I never thought 'bout this,I always found similarities between sweet scar and Will,maybe because both songs are quite folk-ish.

I noticed it too when Sweet scar first leaked: I didn't know the melody well, and when I would try to remember it, I'd have Far away in mind instead.

To be honest, now I know the song I hardly ever think that there is a similarity though.

Sweet scar seems to me like some sort of continuation of vogue-Far away-SEASONS. She talks about seasons passing and wanting to love the person she has in the present, right?
